Thomas Goodchild did an excellent job mediating between myself and a difficult tenant as they were leaving the property. He was very prompt in dealing with all email correspondence and also telephone calls. I was especially pleased with the contractual advice that he provided.

I didn't originally go with Cubitt and West as Jayde, Manager at the Redhill office, valued my property at a lower, and as it turns out more realistic, price than a competitor. Six months later I switched to C&W and within 14 days my property was sold. Job done.

GoogleWe are local property developers and have sold many properties in this area in the last few years. We have used a LOT of the local estate agents in the past and have to say that we are EXTREMELY Impressed with Tom Scala and his team at Cubit & West in Purley. The photos used to advertise online on Rightmove etc are by far the best we have come across and generally the overall service and communication from this branch has been impressive. We are happy to recommend Tom and his team to anyone in the local area who wishes to sell their home. It’s sometimes tempting to use low cost online agents but when you receive a personal service like we are from Tom it makes you realise why it’s better to use a high street agent as you can pop into the branch and communication is much more personal and tailored to meet our needs. Well done guys keep up the good work.

GoogleSold my house through Cubitt & West Purley. Process from signing contract to accepting an offer was extremely quick and efficient. After we agreed sale we were handed over to a "progressor" which we struggled to contact for a couple of weeks but we then found out that this was due to personal illness. Oliver from the Purley office took on the additional workload happily and was absolutely fantastic in communicating with me and did a fantastic job in chasing down solicitors and buyers for updates and to move things along as quickly as possible. GoogleExcellent service from the guys here at Cubitt and West Purley. Nothing was too much for them, from allowing me to view the property numerous times!! Answering all questions I had and most important still being there even once I had moved in to the property. Molly was helpful and helped with any questions I had during the buying process which I think is crucial as a first time buyer. Tom was there when there were a few issues with the solicitors and really went above and beyond. I was never made to feel like I was bothering them and due to this I will most definitely like them to sell my property when I move on from here. I would also like to buy another property with them as I cannot fault the service at all. GoogleKurran and the entire team at the Purley branch managed the sale of our property in Kenley incredibly smoothly. They were very easy to reach and communication was always effortless which provided so much reassurance through such a stressful process. The agents were very respectful of our home during the process of arranging and holding viewings. We were kept so well up to date throughout the whole process. We thought our property would take months and months to sell due to it's awkward location, but we were finished with the whole process from taking the house photos to completing sales, in less than 6 months.
