GoogleWe met with a few agents before we placed our house on the Market. We were most impressed with meeting The Manager Tom at Cubit & West. He has a professional, competent and knowledgeable presence. With a good communication style. As typical of House Moves, ours became prolonged with various hiccups. Molly introduced numerous potential buyers and stepped in to take the lead all the way, managing our buyers expectations. But she was also exceptional at advising us on our onward too where we kept running into trouble. With all the various things to sort out she kept all parties updated, she must have the patience of a saint. All credit to her, she kept us going, pushing right through to completion and even beyond still assisting! Hope she is well rewarded for all her efforts. GoogleWas shown around a place a couple of times by Oliver and was in correspondence with Molly at the same time. I was very impressed in the way they conducted themselves. Honest, open and very transparent. Oliver didn't rush me in any of the viewing, even if it went into their own private time. All questions were answered, and if they needed to check, they responded quickly and accurately. Very personable and are genuine in terms how they come across. The team were proactive in bringing our sale to its conclusion despite the many challenges of the last 12 months. Always friendly and helpful - can't recommend C & W in Purley highly enough for keeping the stresses and strains of moving to a minimum. GoogleHaving used Cubitt and West Purley on two occasions now for a sale and purchase I would definitely use them again and tell any friends or family to do the same. Nothing was too much trouble for the team and they went out of their way to help, even driving paperwork to my solicitor that was certainly not local just to ensure the sale went through.
