From the minute I registered my details with them until the time I had to collect my keys, they were always helpful, polite and very patient with me. Googleupdate: MY REVIEW KEEPS ON BEING CANCELLED.What a bunch of clowns. After I’ve been renting a property for 3 months they just keep ignoring my emails about fixing a leak that it’s been ongoing from before we moved in( they only told me after I signed the contract and said it was fixed). I’m living in a dump with mould that I have to clean every week. No worries guys once you sign a contract they will just make sure you can’t contact them again. On top of it they have agreed to reduce the rent of £100 per month but to my surprise the arrears team is chasing me up every 2 weeks saying I have overdue payments of £200 since September.I have called the branch countless times about this mistake and the arrears team as well forwarding emails where I confirm the agreement only to receive another letter last week saying they have suggested the landlord to seek legal advice and that my payment is way overdue(Please stay away from these people nobody knows how to do the job honestly).

We are pleased with how things are going and would be able to recommend them based on our experience. If you have any questions, you can call the branch office line and have your questions answered. GoogleThis is the worst agency we ever dealt with. We have 8 UNANSWERED EMAILS from them. We are due a refund from the landlord, almost a month has gone by and still no refund. I could go on and on about how unprofessional and unresponsive these people are, from the moving-in day (no contract until the day of, no keys ready for us, etc.) up until now. Adding to this: they have always been unresponsive but now that we are leaving and they want to do viewings, they are harassing us with phone calls. They even had the nerve to claim that they could enter the property without our permission, see email as proof. This place clearly doesn’t know that unilateral proclaiming are meaningless and they have zero knowledge of the law. Also, we reported them to the Ombudsman service as we requested the landlord details and they never provided them as required by law.

Right from the beginning they were super friendly and helpful - from Carrie who valued the property and got us set up as clients, through to the fantastic Jed who carried out the viewings and got the place under offer extremely quickly, and Carla who managed the sale, supporting our queries and worries and responding to our emails late at night. Really great team, quoted us a price and got the job done with no messing about or hidden fees or any of the things you often hear about. Recommend 100% if you're selling in Croydon.

GoogleI'm currently in a difficult situation where my current landlord needs his property back. Due to ill health in my family I'm currently an unpaided carer so finding a new home is proving hard. I contacted this estate agent and had the misfortune of speaking to Anton Harvey on two occasions. The first time he was pleasant but not terribly helpful. However, I called again this morning. This time he was argumentative, rude and lack even a hint of humanity. He bragged about being a home owner and landlord and how lucky he is and referred to my situation as 'unfortunate'. When you are in a vulnerable situation like mine and staring down the barrel of homelessness the last thing you need is an arrogant estate agent telling you how much better than you they are. The guy should really get off his high horse. Anyone can find themselves in my situation... even him!
