Carrie Rudge, manager for Barnard Marcus, was a delight to work with from the outset. Very professional and honest and managed our expectations from the outset. Carrie talked us through the process and set the price right for a flurry of interested offers resulting in a solid buyer. A realistic offer was accepted and everything was put in place for a speedy outcome. Then lockdown happened. And even though furloughed, Carrie took a welcome interest in what was going on. Even though we became the “estate agents” negotiating tricky parts along the way we still felt guided by Carrie. Carrie was an important part of this transaction throughout and we hope to deal with her again. Thank you Carrie. You are a star.

Alex Breen was a wonderful person and though he is new he did his job very well. He managed to find us a property that we love In a short amount of time and is still doing his best to help us win this property. We went to a viewing with him and since the second we arrived he was extremely nice to us. I can confirm he knows how to do his job very well and any time we had any questions about the property he was always opened to talk with us and make sure our inqueries were answered. Alex is very efficient with his work too, he managed to help us finish all the documents for our property in less than 2 days. Furthermore I'm very optimistic that everything will go well as he helped us so much and assured us everything will be ok. Whilst looking for a property for me and my friend Sara, we came across one we loved. We were so desperate to get it and we really thought we wouldn't! Layah and Alex went above and beyond to help me and Sara. I really recommend them. I can happily admit that I did not make either of their lives easy, but on my moving day Alex really pushed the boat out. For a brand new estate agent, who I put in the deep end, he really dealt with the situation well. Normal frustrations with property purchase for various reasons but experienced great help, particularly from Jermaine from the outset who arranged the property viewing for me and continued to liaise with Kelly and the team right through to the point where I collected my keys. We recently put in an offer on a house being marketed through Barnard Marcus, dealing with Kelly in the sales department. Having read earlier reviews, I was dubious and nervous. However, Kelly was very friendly and informative, giving us as much help as she could while remaining professional.
