GoogleI've used Martyn Gerrard a few times over the last 10 years. Initially to look for places to buy in Crouch End, and most recently for a sale. They've always been professional in all aspects of their work. Most recently, James, Arzu and the team worked really hard, for a year, to sell my place in a really volatile and difficult environment. After agreeing the sale, they then stayed on top of the conveyancing. That dragged on for a protracted period due to various reasons but MG stayed on top of the transaction throughout. Exchange was finally pushed over the line. I'm not sure I would have sold, and completed, in these circumstances with another agent.
