GoogleWhitegates and one other were used through moving made easy as we were buying a new build. Anyway we pulled out of that house but kept whitegates out of the two while looking for a different property. We found Paul and Connor to be very helpful while going through the sale of our house. I would definitely recommend Whitegates out of all the other estate agents.

GoogleI can't recommend Whitegates enough, if ever we need estate agents again I wouldn't hesitate to use them. This is why: Very reasonable selling fee. I feel potential purchasers would feel they are approachable to liaise with through booking viewings, asking questions and making offers. As a seller of a property they have been so helpful and supportive, they have listened to our needs. They have been easily contactable and patient. Absolutely no feelings of being sales pitched too like other estate agents have seemed.

During the past few weeks the team have handled the sale of my house and purchase of a new house with professionalism, eagerness and were open about the new processes from the start regarding viewings etc. This was excellent with everyone's safety in mind. An absolute nightmare of an experience. I would never recommend such unprofessional service to anyone. I was constantly chasing them for updates, as they showed no initiative or effort throughout the process. They confirmed in writing via email that my bid had been accepted and sent instructions for the next steps.

Truely Shocking company, If your looking to purchase a property in the Crewe area, this company is truly horrendous.We even made a formal complaint to the branch manager, horrific experience very very unpleasant. Two properties sold through Whitegates in less than 12 months, one last summer and the second very recently. Both sales were handled in a very friendly, professional and effective way by Emma, Sarah and the rest of the team at Whitegates, Crewe. Communication was always in a friendly, competent but relaxed manner and we were regularly updated about the progress of the sale. I always felt reassured by the conversations when any issues arose and felt confident of an appropriate resolution. We would not have returned to Whitegates had we not been totally satisfied with the first sale and would have no hesitation in recommending Whitegates, Crewe, to anyone wanting to sell a property.

They had plenty of viewings arranged very quickly and they got me a guaranteed purchaser without a chain enabling a quick sale at the full asking price. Mandy Horton looked after the sale and the communication from her was excellent at every stage of the sales process. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending and using Whitegates again.

GoogleWhen we were buying our first house we were really pleased with the service we had from Chloe Pinkstone, she kept us informed throughout the whole process and really went above and beyond for both the seller and ourselves.
