GoogleWe have bought a property from Whitegates in Crewe. This has of course involved the need to contact them from time to time as part of the buying process. Beckie and Sarah are a credit to Whitegates and to themselves. Always ready and willing to do whatever is required, quickly and efficiently and always happy to have bit of a chat as well. They are very good and although I am not sure if it is politically correct to call them lovely - but they are!!

GoogleFrom the very beginning of wanting to sell our house the WHOLE team have been fantastic, Beckie, Emma, Keiron and for the last few stressful weeks Sarah (plus anyone I've forgotten), have all dealt with their individual roles perfectly and constantly put our minds at ease throughout the process, roles including viewings, the sale and the after sale service all done with the upmost professionalism. Unbelievably rude! Asked to speak to a particular person and was told they would call me right back. 3 hours later no call back so phoned again to be told that person does not work on the day I called. The woman then continued non stop to speak over me even though I asked if she would she just listen to what I had to say. She then continued to speak over me non stop in a rude and superior manner.

GoogleAn enquiry for a property asking for offers over £250k was not followed up properly. I received a call which I missed so I called back and left my name and number and which property I was interested in, farrier court. Nobody called back. My property will be on the market for around £270k so my offer for farrier court would have been around that much. Almost a week after I called I get an email saying the property was now under offer. This lazy approach to enquiries means I will never sell a house with whitegates because they’re supposed to be trying to sell for the absolute best offer and if I found out enquiries had gone unanswered I would be bitterly disappointed. Thanks for a disappointing service, I’m just glad I’m not selling with whitegates.

TrustpilotDeceived me into losing a lot of money
We agreed on a house price and they pushed me to pay for searches. The house price was never agreed so they basically lied. So had to pay for searches and engineer report as they weren't honest with me. Should be illegal this! They then try and say it wasn't their fault but their incompetence cost me 1400 pounds. I wish I could put a score of 0 as the amount of hassle I have had is unbelievable. Be warned not to use this estate agent , unless you like losing money and being lied too. Also, you get hassled with phone calls and emails everytime. Not worth it a bunch of scammers !

GoogleBeware do not deal with these people, If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible company cost me a lot of money in the process as they couldn't do their job properly. Should be some sort of financial compensation or criminal procedings for letting estate agents get away with this behaviour. They said that a price was 100% agreed with the owners which wasn't true. They basically lied to me and then pushed me to pay for searches. I don't know if they were trying to get more comission out of the sale. I didn't even get a letter of apology due to their incompetence. So be warned, do not use this estate agent unless you want to be decieved and lose a lot of money.

GoogleI was so impressed with Whitegates right from the off, we were originally with another estate agent who failed to sell our property for 18 months, I spoke to Whitegates who assured me our property could be sold....and that they did within 2 weeks of it being listed. I have dealt with lots of the staff over the last 6 months during the sales proceedings, but there were 2 stand out employees in Chloe and Emma who went above and beyond to push our sale through as quickly as possible (constantly chasing the buyers solicitors). I have been so impressed with Whitegates and would definitely recommend them!
