GoogleYou will not be disappointed using Whitegates to sell your home. In May they gave me a valuation which was very reasonable but I went with a different agent who told me ‘what I wanted to hear’. They were ok but left all the viewings to me with no guidance and in 5 months and only 5 viewings later (1 offer falling through) I went ‘cap in hand’ to Whitegates. They suggested a reasonable asking price and could not have been more welcoming and accommodating to my needs. I felt completely listened to and understood following my previous experience and the service was impeccable from every single member of staff. They carried out every viewing, returned calls and emails promptly, secured an offer and when the 1st offer fell through, secured a 2nd offer in 24 hours and only £5 under asking price. During Sale Progression I was given regular updates, even to say they were waiting to hear back from solicitors. I learnt the hard way that an agent can give you a figure that is attractive but getting the sale through to completion is another thing. The whole team should be very proud of themselves, they are great at what they do and give the impression it’s not just a job to them, they really care.

GoogleWhat a great team at Whitegates, Crewe ! From Emma who conducted our valuation and arranged great pics and a fantastic 3D zoom around model, Kieran who arranged most of our appointments and confirmed them by a phone text, Becky who covered for Kieran and showed our property when we couldn't and Sarah who was constantly chased our chain to get to exchange of contract and completion dates (and provided weekly status updates). GoogleEmma conducted the assessment of my property for sale, she came completely prepared with sales history of similar local properties which she had obviously researched because, taking into account seeing my property first hand she was ready to make, justify, with actual cases from her personal, recent experience and propose how and where to best sell it. She proved herself to be very profession but at the same time friendly enough to build a rapport, connection and the human level trust which is as, if not more important than having the technical skills, knowledge and experience. A sale is now proceeding. Whenever I'm in the market to sell a Crewe property, I will be inviting Whitegastes and hopefully Emma to assess and recommend how best to sell it.

GoogleI bought a property off the Whitegates Crewe branch in early November 2020. I cant recommend the staff in there highly enough! I'd been in a chain for 5 months previously and my initial house purchase elsewhere had fallen through. When I found this house, I really felt like Paul and his team pulled it out the bag to drive the sale forward and complete in exactly 2months.. which included the 2 week solicitors Xmas break! I'm forever indebted to the team not only for what they did for me but the fact I always felt like they treated me like I was their most important customer, when in actual fact I was probably one of many. 5 stars well earned
