GoogleOur experience wasn't the best due to prospective buyers letting us down and not always being advised on the best decisions however as a whole we were well supported from start to finish by whitegates and they always made a big effort. Each time we were let down they were quick to act and get us back on the market with viewings immediately and I cant fault them for that. Two people stand out above the rest and that is James who worked tirelessly all day on viewings, he never wavered, he never lost any enthusiasm, he made an effort to see the house and know what he was selling, fantastic job James! Very friendly too, exactly the personality you need for the job. The other is Chloe who works on after sales and is always chasing solicitors, other estate agents, buyers etc. She always responded to my calls and emails and worked tirelessly each and every time, her knowledge and fight for the end result was outstanding. It wasn't an easy road but we made it thanks to these people. The fees are good too which is an added bonus! Thank you.

First thing I noticed at white gates was how easy it was to get a viewing of the property. The offer was made and accepted within a couple of days. The staff at white gates have been great and had lawyers and mortgage sorted within a few hours

I feel potential purchasers would feel they are approachable to liaise with through booking viewings, asking questions and making offers. As a seller of a property they have been so helpful and supportive, they have listened to our needs. They have been easily contactable and patient. Absolutely no feelings of being sales pitched too like other estate agents have seemed.
