Very welcoming and chatty aswell that puts you at ease of strangers coming into your home.
Listening to gabe giving as much information as possible about our home and knowledge of the age of some features without asking us was very refreshing.

On viewing the property Ryan did not rush us when looking round and if he wasn't able to answer a query he would usually find out and get back to us.

GoogleI would strongly advise people to think carefully before renting through Butters John Bee in Crewe. We have been without a working washing machine in our property for five weeks, despite reporting the issue repeatedly.
A washing machine is a basic household appliance, and being left without one for over a month is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency and poor communication from the Crewe office has been extremely frustrating and has caused significant inconvenience.
Tenants should not have to chase continuously for essential repairs, and it should not take this long to resolve something so straightforward.
