We moved in last year under Butters John Bee. And from the very beginning , they have been prompt and honest in answering our emails. We have met quite a few problems along the way, especially because we're literally newbies in England life, and how they manage the house is somewhat different than what we're used to. However, Natalie Tunnicliffe has been patient and helpful, giving tips and advices when necessary.

Bought our home from BJB in 2016, and had no issues so it seemed right to go back to them for selling. Our house is unusual. We knew when we bought it, it would be difficult to sell. It was going to have to sell to someone, who really loved it. BJB's futuristic and ground breaking technology paired with their community spirit and social media marketing was the only option we considered. Our sale has been Kylies headache for months. We profusely apologise for this! Our home is new build, leasehold, an odd layout and has tones of covenants, Kylie has persisted and kept us up to date through the entire process. She has ran communication to our buyer, kept Tom happy (thanks Tom!) and looked after Anne who we are buying off, keeping her cool and collected. Whilst we are in a relatively small chain, our house, our nightmare house, has resulted in our transaction taking almost a year. Down to no one, but the sheer complexity of the UK house buying process. THANK YOU Kylie for looking after us. We promise, we won't move again. But if we do, we will use BJB. No matter where Jess's job takes her!

Seeking advice about selling, renting and whether and to what extent to renovate two properties in CW1 we were happy and impressed with the knowledge and experience of Jessica in assessing those properties and communicating our options. BJB have a long and rich background in the CW property market and being locally born and raised Jessica is adding her personal and practical skills and knowledge to the BJB service offer. We are still considering what she said, when and if we decide to do something utilising the services of BJB, all things being equal we will do so without hesitation.

Thorough consultation received from BJB following a recent visit to value our property. Jessie Jinks was personable and listened to our needs as well offering excellent knowledge that was very useful during our meet. Jessie has certainly left us with something to think about. Have rated 4/5 as we have yet to decide whether to move. To that end, it wouldn't be appropriate to rate an estate agent on how well they've performed end-to-end, ie in selling our home and potentially finding us a new one, until they've had the opportunity.

Nothing but good things to say! The way we were taken care of by BJB Crewe was a prime example of how to deal with customer. As soon as we found a property we were happy with, it was in a matter of days we had a viewing booked in and proposal sent to the Landlord! Efficient would be an understatement! Michael Ferris shown us around the property and I have to say he is such a kind a friendly person who is easily approachable! Thank you again for the service!

Such great service from Jess today. Had a bit of a problem regarding tenants vacating a property we had sold through Butters. Calls weren't being answered by the letting agents so Jess went down to the agents to talk face to face. She picked up our notice papers that were served so we had them on file just incase we needed them as proof. Just want to say a huge thank you to Natalie for sorting out all the issues in our property quickly. She has shown a real desire to help us & has been a pleasure to deal with. Can’t thank her enough to be honest. She knew the rush we were in to get the problems resolved with me being 8 months pregnant & nothing was an issue for her she acted so fast & actually saved us from moving out of the property. Every phone call I’ve had with her has been so easy and relaxed - which I struggle with as I have severe anxiety. & she just puts me at ease! When we first decided to sell I was incredibly nervous and daunted about the whole process. I’ve had BJB represent me on 2 landlord sales, 3 years apart. The recent experience was pretty poor, with a lack of client ownership and never speaking to the same person twice. The low point was the branch losing the keys to my apartment, the high point dealing with Leanne Odams-Chesworth who reminded me of the earlier experience with BJB. Too many different names, not joined up in approach or leadership. 5* for Leanne, 0* for the whole experience.

I was very happy with the level of service and professionalism I recieved from Michael Ferris and the rental team at Butters John Bee concerning my recent experience in becoming tenant of a house managed by them. Everything went smoothly, and Michael was always ready with explanations and assistance whenever required - which made the whole situation very satisfactory - especially as it was during the current Covid-19 situation. 18 Months later, I am downgrading my review from 5* to 3*, as despite their excellence at getting me in the property, their expedience at fixing repairs, and the quality with which they are finally fixed, leaves a lot to be desired. A year and a half in, we still have not had faults fixed that we reported on moving in, including broken door catches, damaged kitchen units etc. Also, when things actually are repaired, they seem to be at cheapest possible cost - our new fencing in the back garden (that took 4 - 5 months to be fixed) fell over in the first high winds, as the guy didn't even concrete the posts in, for instance.
