GoogleMichael showed us around a property and was everything you would want in a lettings agent, Courteous and informative and eager to show us around the property. I have previously seen agents that open then door and say "I'll let you explore the property" but Michael took the time to walk us through every room keeping honest about the pros and cons of the house. With the lettings process he kept me updated on the status the entire time and was lenient with waiting for certain information. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Michael and Butters John Bee to anyone looking to move into the area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleMarcin Strzelec met us at the property. A very smartly dressed young man who showed us round with both curtesy and respect answering all the questions we had and not hurrying us along. The score reflects the fact that I have only met him once.

GoogleOnce again I’ve received a fabulous service. Jessica has been amazing and 12 months on she remembered my circumstances so it wasn’t traumatic to go through it again. Her knowledge about the current market was outstanding as well as her expert advice. I can’t thank you enough for being so professional but talking to me in a way that I understand things.

GoogleI have a few houses to view and my car was in the garage I couldn’t go. But John bee with Roksana, picked me up and took me around to see houses. Roksana was really nice, easy going ,chatty , very helpful and a the most important thing, a good driver.Unfortunately the houses weren’t what I expected. Despite that it was a lovely experience thanks to Roksana

GoogleWe are selling our house and went with bjb as the other estate agents came across very pushy. We spoke to an estate agent called Gabriel who was not only very knowledgeable about the business but was very friendly and approachable. We will be recommending this Estate Agency to anyone who is looking for one.
