GoogleWe where shown around a property by Robyn and she made the whole process really easy and simple. Very knowledgable about the house, and answered every question we had, which we didn’t find when we looked at other properties with other agents. I highly recommend her and choices

GoogleWould give minus stars if I could. Appalling customer service, no communication (Every time I call they seem to be in court) , disorganised and deceiving. They have lied about signing new contracts, overcharged and never received full reimbursement. If you're buying / selling a house I cannot urge you enough not to use them. Use anyone else.... Their current rating does not represent their current levels of service.

Any issues or queries were answerd to quickly and professionally. Jack and his team have been great. From a Landlord prespective i would highly recommend Choices.

GoogleI am extremely devastated with this company they took holding deposit of me ever since have been sending me on a merry go round they seem to have no intention of giving me my money back it has been over 3 weeks. When I spoke to them the said they owe landlords over £10,000 so my money was nothing to compare please be aware of this company they are a rip of and I will be reporting them to fraud prevention. My only hope is no one has to go through what I am going through with this company.

GoogleCannot reccomend the team enough! Fantastic service, always polite and quick to respond. House selling can be very stressful but the team took us from signing up to offer in less than a week, then to completion in 3 months. One of the offerings I liked most was the fact that the viewings were made so easy for us by them being done in bulk meaning we would take the dogs out and come back knowing it was done in 1 session....far easier given we were working form home.
