GoogleRented my property with Choices and its the worst experience ever. I was left with a damaged property, late payments, lost money. Communication is really bad and they are only interested in taking money from the landlord. Rent with them at your own risk.

GoogleCeline Smith, I have been with Choices for more than 10 years. Celine is one of the most helpful, tolerant, pleasant and hard working lady. I recently had so much trouble with my property due to water leak. She was very supportive, helpful, keep me going during the worst period due to Covid pandemic and the water leak. Celine called me twice a week to check on the property and kept kept me in the loop regarding the progress of new tenant. Many thanks Celine from bottom of my heart. She was a miraculous worker she managed to find a tenant with in a week, I thought that was too good to be true. You are an asset to Choices. We are very luck to receive your excellent service. GoogleDue to circumstances beyond my control I was forced to find a new home with only days left on my existing tenancy. Celine at Choices was an absolute star. Somehow she managed to find me a property, get me through referencing, inventory and all paid up in 24 hours! And all during COVID-19. Choices were professional throughout and nothing was too much for them, I was kept constantly informed with updates. GoogleNEVER CHOOSE CHOICES ESTATE AGENTS, YOU WILL FEEL FOR IT, ITS REALLY A PAIN TO BE WITH THEM. A VERY BAD COMPANY, SO MUCH DELAY IN RETURNING OUR DEPOSIT USELESS CUSTOMER CARE AND PORTFOLIOS MANAGERS. CHOICES Estate Agent is a worst letting agent we’ve seen so far. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE. They are not even deserved for ANY RATING and they are best suited for 0 (ZERO) Rating. They are highly reluctant when refunding the customers deposit .We are highly frustrated and disappointed for not getting proper response from CHOICES.

GoogleWe are very happy with their service. It was hard for me and my girlfriend to find a flat in East Grinstead, but Roland Laczko helped us really quickly to find something suitable for us.He organised rapidly with us and the landlord a meet in the flat. He also guided and helped us a lot in messenger, because before we only rented room with private landlords, so it was completely new for us, but everything went smoothly. So finally we can live together with my partner in East Grinstead, which was a huge dream for us. Thank you so much guys!

GoogleI bought a new build a couple of years ago, which continued to be used by the developer as a show home. Once they finished with it I wanted to get it rented out asap. George found me a tenant very quickly, however quite a lot of missing paperwork from the developer was needed. George chased all of this up for me, and arranged various appointments and inspections of the house that had to be done before the tenant moved in. All sorted very quickly!!

GoogleChoices Crawley have a very professional and knowledgeable team. Particularly Billy Stracey and Adam Davies in Sales who worked extremely efficiently and hard to make sure all went smoothly with our purchase. They are top class negotiators and assisted in every way. We would have no hesitation in recommending Choices in the future. We are also proceeding with the Lettings team to manage our buy to let property and to find us suitable tenants.

GoogleI was a bit worried about letting my property out at first as I lived in it previously but Phillipa reassured me it would be fine and it has been. Her and her team were able to find professional tenants and achieved a very good price. I am really pleased with the service I have had and if I buy any investments in the future then I will be using Phillipa at Choices again!

Firstly I had a email from choices for a rental property, which stated £1100 in the email listing, I click on the link and they slapped another £150 on the listing now stating £1250? We had arranged a viewing of another rental property with them, booked in, I called 2 hours before to double check, all is OK apparently, we arrive for our 320 viewing only to find the agent is running so far behind there's still 2 other couples ahead of us waiting. Choices could have called to advise, very unprofessional.NegativeProfessionalism
