GoogleI recently bought my house through Choices and I can honestly say it's been a breath of fresh air dealing with them. They go above and beyond to ensure a personalised, stress-free experience during every part of the process. Kirsten and Adam have catered to our every need and have managed a particularly difficult buyer for us seamlessly. Would highly recommend if you're looking for estate agents that think and act like human beings (a rare find in our experience!)

GoogleAWFUL!!! This would be a '0' rating if possible. Arranged a viewing for the next day, informing them I had significant distance to travel, only to be called up at 45 minutes notice the next day to cancel. Complete wasted journey. If you're looking to put your money into a property then don't put it through them. Absolutely no effort to fix problem. It was very clear to me that the agent has just double booked her slot and played it both ways. If they can't even get a viewing right then how would they get any part of the process right.

GoogleI really don't like this estate agent. Even though the staff are friendly this doesn't help them from doing their job properly. They are so slow at getting the house clean and ready for move in and going through the referencing process. I am fed up with it and they mislead me and didn't reveal all fees such as paying an extra £50 a month for having a guarantor in place. I do not recommend this agent at all and avoid it if possible.

GoogleI have been dealing with Tobi at choices and my experience has been extremely pleasurable and stress free. I contacted him to come and value my property. He managed to fit me around his busy schedule at short notice and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence in putting my property with him over the other agents I had attend. It is now on the market and I look forward to dealing with Tobi and the rest of the choices team.

GoogleReserved a house for rental on 8 Jan 2018 to be ready for 01 Mar 2018. Needed refurbishment and a new kitchen. No problem I was told. Two weeks later I told them that no work had been carried out on the house. No problem, the works will start in February. There did seem to be some evidence of works being carried out as a white van was often parked on the drive along with a skip. When we viewed on 28 Feb 2018 NOTHING had been done. CHOICES had not checked and made some excuse about not having a key. So much so I ended up in hospital because of the stress and we have had to put our furniture in storage and are staying in a hotel. There are plenty of Letting Agents - I would advise you to use someone else.

GoogleI found myself & 2 children close to homeless, due to the quick sale of the then landlord. I walked into the Crawley choices branch. I was greeted with smiles & relaxed proffessional attitude. I explained my situation to Lisa & her Manageress. Within a week They had found an Ideal location close to my childrens school, which was of great help. reasonble rent. I count myself lucky, but mainly for Lisa`s help i dont know where we could of ended up. Thank you very much.

GoogleStay well clear of these rip off merchants,had to take them through the tds to get my deposit back. Once they have your money their not interested in any issues you may have. Lies from start to finish from a bunch of incompetent cowboys.

We don’t benefit in any way from the process and merely present the facts. GoogleI was dealing with Italia. Very friendly staff who were great to work with. When an issue was identified they worked tirelessly and really went above and beyond to rectify it including helping me empty a van load of furniture to save me having to do it alone. Honestly the most personable, professional and pleasant estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of using. Would strongly recommend.

GoogleWasn't quite sure if I wanted to use choices after reading some of the reviews however what a terrific service it was. Liam my letting agent manage to find me a perfect property not only that he was also very knowledgeable about the schools amenities and neighbourhoods. Love our new house in Crawley.
