I had several valuations done including Tailor made. I must say, I was very much impressed at the first meeting with Tom and decided to go ahead with him. The way Tom, Liam and Mandy have taken up my sale was genuinely impressive not only that but from a couple of buyers, I had a response that the property tour was made in a very much professional way (Liam thanks for that). My property was sold on 3rd day from advertisement and with 3 offers. To be honest, my genuine reason for reviewing this is to help people out there who are looking to sell their property as I understand it's a big decision to decide which sales agency which should go with. I thank Tom and his team for making this success and helping me to get my sale. Thanks very much again. Keep up your good guys!

I was really pleased with the service received by Tom especially, and Liam, and the team at Tailor Made. I had had bad experiences with letting agents in the past and Tom helped me with every single thing along the way in getting my property back to a let-able condition and really went above and beyond to help me with everything! He, and Liam, were so professional and helpful at every step and once my property was ready, they found me a new tenant straight away, no delays! All the paperwork, and communication has been brilliant, like a breath of fresh air compared to my previous experience! We were extremely pleased with Tom and his team at Tailor Made. Tom sold our home in less than a week of listing! He was very professional, attentive to detail and very easy to work with. Being extremely responsive to all of our questions and helped us feel well informed throughout. Tom also secured us a property to rent between selling and buying , he knew exactly what sort of rental would suit us and it was indeed perfect for us in the interim. Coventry House Purchase

The team at Tailor Made were friendly and efficient in our recent property purchase through them, as we were buying a part exchange house they were helpful in chasing up the intermediatary company when we had some issues with the seller and making sure we were all on the same page. 0 star for the lack of professionalism and communication. Made an offer on the property on harewood road. Completed a L3 survey (the surveyor is a RICs accredited, well qualified &has over 20 years experience) saleslady Victoria didnt take the survey serious. Survey showed numerous urgent attention required such as roof, guttering, main walls & ceilings to name a few. Expressed our concerns regarding these and to negotiate the price to 265k from 285k. You can only go up from 265k if negotiating. which we would have considered if the vendors werent happy with the intial offer. Or even giving us the option to stick to 285k or no sales rather then a direct withdrawal. Was told by Tom , saleslady Victoria and vendors are upset & emotional. If you are emotional about your property perhaps you shouldnt put it on the market. Anyways the freedom of speech act allows me to express and share my experience.So there it is. Will actively avoid purchasing a home through this unprofessional agency.

How reassuring to find an Estate agent…

How reassuring to find an Estate agent that took all the hassle away. We met Vicky initially ....to discuss our options and she provided us with excellent advice. Selling the house seemed a breeze... they had numerous people lined up a week after putting it on the market. They then advised about which offer to accept and within 2 weeks the "sale was done". Really couldn't be any easier... and for anyone selling a house in the Allesley park area... they have to be "go to" estate agents with some much local knowledge. Many thanks ....

If I had an option to give 0 stars, then I would’ve done just that. We viewed a house at the end of last week and was told our offer was accepted late on Friday. We had the deposit needed and was just waiting on our mortgage in principle. As you could imagine with it being the weekend it took a bit longer to get this. My partner rang up on Tuesday morning to ask whether our offer was still accepted and he was told this was. By Tuesday midday we had this paperwork and had sent this through to them (having paid the fees for this too). My partner then received a call to say that they have had another offer and they were now deciding which one to go ahead with. I have never heard of this happening ever, we had given notice to our landlord as they needed to know as soon as possible. And now we’ve just been told a whole day later, that they are going with the other offer. This is so unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We struggled to get calls back even while explaining that we needed to know so we could contact our landlord to withdraw notice. This was important as we’ve got a 10 week old baby, so being potentially homeless is not an option of course!! This experience doesn’t fill me with any hope for future purchases and I will definitely not be considering any properties that they have up for sale again.
