GoogleThe team at Tailor Made provided excellent service and great value for money when I had to sell my mum's house. They were friendly and supportive, always responded to queries promptly, and worked tirelessly to overcome problems and complete the sale within a short timeframe. In particular, Lorraine in progression was on the phone constantly liaising between buyers, myself and both solicitors to get the job done. Thankyou Tailor Made!

How reassuring to find an Estate agent that took all the hassle away. We met Vicky initially ....to discuss our options and she provided us with excellent advice. Selling the house seemed a breeze... they had numerous people lined up a week after putting it on the market. They then advised about which offer to accept and within 2 weeks the "sale was done". Really couldn't be any easier... and for anyone selling a house in the Allesley park area... they have to be "go to" estate agents with some much local knowledge. Many thanks ....

Purchased a Flat though Tailor Made. Due to several delays from the Solicitors side delaying the completion this transaction would have been quick. Karen was on top of the sale and would update me in regular times with progress. She went the extra mile to get this over the line. Would defo use and recommend in the future.

GoogleIf I had an option to give 0 stars, then I would’ve done just that. We viewed a house at the end of last week and was told our offer was accepted late on Friday. We had the deposit needed and was just waiting on our mortgage in principle. As you could imagine with it being the weekend it took a bit longer to get this. My partner rang up on Tuesday morning to ask whether our offer was still accepted and he was told this was. By Tuesday midday we had this paperwork and had sent this through to them (having paid the fees for this too). My partner then received a call to say that they have had another offer and they were now deciding which one to go ahead with. I have never heard of this happening ever, we had given notice to our landlord as they needed to know as soon as possible. And now we’ve just been told a whole day later, that they are going with the other offer. This is so unprofessional and completely unacceptable. We struggled to get calls back even while explaining that we needed to know so we could contact our landlord to withdraw notice. This was important as we’ve got a 10 week old baby, so being potentially homeless is not an option of course!! This experience doesn’t fill me with any hope for future purchases and I will definitely not be considering any properties that they have up for sale again.

GoogleHad Tailor Made come to value our property in Allesley Park in February 2023. They valued the property at 10% less than other agents. They also valued the house at less than other properties they were selling on the same road in need of extensive renovations. The valuation seemed to be lazy, not specific to the property and without any individual consideration e.g the valuation was printed off before even stepping foot in the property. This came across as quite insulting when someone has this attitude towards your property which you’ve invested time and money into. When viewing properties to buy I have never got a good impression of the owner and found him to be a typical salesman. We used another new local estate agency and had excellent service. Our property sold at 10% more than Tailor Mades valuation within the week.

They were professional, helpful and patient throughout the process, even helping to push solicitors with the purchase of our new home. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookCannot recommend Tailor Made highly enough, sold our house through them as we re-located to Cornwall, which could of been very stressful but they were just brilliant. We had to complete by a certain date as others in chain both above & below had holidays booked & Tailor Made were fantastic in communicating with everyone ensuring all parties kept to the exchange date to enable completion a week later. They constantly updated us at every step & chased everyone to ensure everything was completed as it should be. Our completion day was an absolute dream, it all went through before we’d even got to Cornwall. Everything from start to finish was perfect it’s just a shame they haven’t got a branch in Cornwall 😢. Thanks everyone at Tailor Made you were absolute stars 🌟

I hope the viewings went well today, and you are clearly very selective with who you like to show around. Good luck to you with such a work ethic!
