I had lived in my previous house for 27 years and I had no idea what I needed to do to sell my house and to buy another place. I asked Tom to come and value my house, and after he did, I agreed to have Tailor Made handle my sale. Tom gave me a starter pack with all the information and explanations I needed. I was told the fees before I agreed. From that moment Tom, Karen and all the staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged a solicitor, all my viewings and dealt with the purchase of my new home as this was up for sale with Tailor Made. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they were always at the end of a phone or email if I had any questions. Tailor Made is a 5* business which is gained through customer satisfaction and they definitely came out 5* after my sale and purchase. I would 100% recommend Tailor Made to anyone looking to sell their home.

When I started the selling process, Tom was really efficient, professional and helpful. This resulted in obtaining a quick sale at the right price. Viewings were all taken care of, and communication from the office was great. In comparison to other estate agents I encountered, there was no patronisation, and I felt like a valued customer. As a seller of a leasehold property, there are more hurdles to jump, and I appreciate the effort Tailor Made went to in clarifying the correct information was passed to my buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

😡 : "ABSOLUTE DISASTER! 💔 Took over £500 to start then £90+ monthly to 'manage' my property and their service was NON-EXISTENT. Weeks of no contact, rude staff, and excuses galore. Owner shouted at me, blamed staff shortages and personal issues, and refused to refund or return my key. CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED TO RAIL AGAINST THEM. TRADING STANDARDS ARE AWARE. DONT WALK, RUN!!!

Fantastic service

Fantastic service This review would have to be way too long to reflect my gratitude to the team at Tailor Made. I had to relocate from the south west for work, I had a very tight timeframe and I found myself in a very stressful place. Tailor Made were excellent from start to finish. Lisa was personable, professional and transparent when she accompanied me to view the property, and both Georgia and Liam were so proactive in ensuring I could move into my rented property only a week after viewing. Without going into too much detail, there were some hiccups shortly before moving date and I truly felt that both Georgia and Liam held by best interests at heart and made me feel supported and understood. I have now moved into my rented property and Georgia and Liam are still and constantly providing invaluable support in sorting out some repairs. We are emailing many times a day back and forth and, despite me feeling like a burden, they are always responsive and understanding. I couldn’t be more grateful and appreciative of the service I am receiving.

Shocking experience , I’m not sure if I was deliberately misled, misinformed or just intentionally lied to. I was constantly told we are almost there and then told no somethings happened we weren’t aware of, or someone else is at fault. 11 months it went on for, and that was only because I kept being told it’s minor and will be ready to exchange soon. It was W&B estate agents that kept me informed. When I started to chase, I was ignored, no calls returned, in fact her VM stated to email her as she was too busy to answer the phone, no response from emails, no response from texts, got to the point during a conversation with another member of staff that I stated the progression women should not be handling my sale and that she should not make any contact with me. I would never use this firm again and I would not recommend them to anyone. Without doubt the worst service I have ever received from any company, we’ll not mention the extortionate fee of over £5000

A superb team from start to finish!

We sold and purchased a property through TM and I would and have highly recommended them to anyone. From the first meeting with Tom it was clear that he knew the area and market very well and was very quick and efficient getting it onto the market. He was able to give advice on what to do to make the property most appealing and his photos made it look really attractive. It sold within a week after twenty plus viewings arranged! We also purchased a property with TM and through the whole sale progression, Vicky was an absolute superstar. Always contactable and nothing was too much trouble. She was always on the ball, incredibly knowledgeable and reassuring and had our best interests at heart. A superb team, we can't thank you enough.
