GoogleWe completed on a purchase via Tailor Made very recently and from start to finish, we couldn’t fault them. A special mention to Lorraine who went above and beyond for us continually. Lorraine gave us clear updates and took us under her wing when our own agent let us down. Lorraine has the patience of a saint and is an asset to Tailor Made! Vicky and Dawn were also superb. They were professional, kind and empathetic throughout the process. Our only regret is not using Tailor Made for our own sale! Can’t recommend them enough. All staff members pour everything they have into their work and are superstars.

GoogleCouldn’t be happier with the service from Tom and the team at Tailor Made, they sold our house after 2 Saturdays of block viewings. They kept us updated with what was happening and talked us through the whole process of selling as we hadn’t done it before. Lorraine helped us with the purchase of our new property and negotiated with other agents on our behalf which was fantastic too. Thank you to all at Tailor Made.

GoogleI’d like to share a review for Lorraine, who worked on behalf of a chain for a house move recently. She was not from the estate agency selling my home, but without her tenacity, proactively and a keenness to work extra hard for everyone, I doubt the move would have gone through. Lorraine was excellent. She grafted for many weeks, ensuring all parties were doing as they should and I am very grateful for the work she did. Thank you.

Very professional and pro-active approach to managing the sale of our property. Always on the front foot regarding updates on progress. No need to chase for information as in general terms always kept up to speed. Progressed the sale process beyond just the house on their books but extended the management up and down the chain of houses at all times. Fast and friendly service. Best we have dealt with. Excellent service all round would recomend to anyone

From the very beginning of our house searching journey Tom and the team were amazing, they would keep us upto date with new properties. We have always been kept in the loop and the communication has been amazing. The whole process took less than 12 weeks so super quick. I would recommend this estate agents to anybody. GoogleTailor Made have been responsible for selling our house in Braemar Close, Wyken. From start to finish they have done a first class job. The communication was great and once the house went on the market we had viewings lined up. They handled two potential buyers and got us a great price. But the service didn't stop there. The progressions team help keep ourselves, the solicitors and the buyers on track until completion. Without them the solicitors might still be out to lunch. We had options for estate agents, my wife chose on gut feeling and she was 100% correct to use Tailor Made. I would recommend to anyone selling their home.

GoogleNothing but positives to say about Tailor Made estate agents. We bought our forever home through them and they massively eased the burdens of the most stressful time of our lives. We received more updates through them than our solicitors and they were so kind and supportive every step of the way. We cannot thank you all enough. We have no desire to ever move again but if we did there would be no question of which estate agents we would choose having met you all and would gladly recommend you to all our friends and family. GoogleThe truthful review of the service we received on the property we were ready to purchase……. 0 star for the way myself and my husband have been treated. The owner was supposed to call us on 01.07.24 not surprised we didn’t receive any form of communication even if it’s still a no. But you had no issue or hesitation to call us when we left a review last week. It’s just basic courtesy and manners. We have spent almost 2k on solicitors , brokers & survey fees. To the vendor, agency and the saleslady are you a surveyor? We asked a well qualified RICs surveyor over 20 years experience to conduct a L3 survey. It came back with numerous urgent queries. Got told by the owner that the vendor disagrees with the survey, again are you both a surveyor? Do you think we are spending money on a survey because we have nothing better to do with our hard earned income. We want to know what we are buying whether it’s a money pit or not. The banks survey stated the property is next to a social housing area and this could effect resale price in the future which we let go. But when huge issues on a L3 survey comes up we cannot take these with a grain of salt hence we asked if we can negotiate on the price. Instead we just received a withdrawal letter without even an option that if we still want to buy for285k. For the sales lady you could have told us the vendors want 285k and no less then that then we would have thought twice about spending any further money. You only told us when we probed the question to you after the withdrawal letter you sent us this is why we mentioned the lack of transparency instead we got told we slandered you and Tom made my husband apologise to you like a small child….unbelievable…..Did you not consider or respect the time, effort and money we put into this before making this decision. So you to be offended or insulted , you really should be ashamed of yourselves. According to the owner, apparently the vendors are highly emotional and upset about the offer&report. Perhaps don’t sell it then! My opinion is the vendors aren’t serious sellers. I think we dodged a bullet with the property on Harewood road.

Our house had been on the market for 6 months until our agent suddenly announced they were closing their business. I contacted Tom at TM and he immediately took over our sale and we had a buyer within a month. There was good communication with the sales team. The only word of caution is that the solicitors we used, via the conveyancing service, were not very on the ball and we were constantly chasing them…on reflection,we should have gone with a local solicitor.

From the moment we got in touch Tom was quick to arrange photography and our house was on the market within a few days. We sold our house very quickly and the after sales service we have received has been amazing. Karen has gone above and beyond for us to get us across the finish line and we couldn’t have done it without her! You can always get through on the phone and get quick replies to emails. I’ve originally spoke to Tom, but his team have always been very kind, hard working and supporting. Thank you Vicky, Amanda, Lorraine. You were problem solving, trust wordy and even funny. You did more for me and my case than the solicitors I’ve hired. One day when I went in just to say hi to the faces I was only hearing over the phone, I was welcome with a lot of answers and guidance to issues I had with the solicitors. I asked Tom to come and value my house, and after he did, I agreed to have Tailor Made handle my sale. Tom gave me a starter pack with all the information and explanations I needed. I was told the fees before I agreed. From that moment Tom, Karen and all the staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged a solicitor, all my viewings and dealt with the purchase of my new home as this was up for sale with Tailor Made. Everything went smoothly from start to finish and they were always at the end of a phone or email if I had any questions. Tailor Made is a 5* business which is gained through customer satisfaction and they definitely came out 5* after my sale and purchase. I would 100% recommend Tailor Made to anyone looking to sell their home.

FacebookWhen I started the selling process, Tom was really efficient, professional and helpful. This resulted in obtaining a quick sale at the right price. Viewings were all taken care of, and communication from the office was great. In comparison to other estate agents I encountered, there was no patronisation, and I felt like a valued customer. As a seller of a leasehold property, there are more hurdles to jump, and I appreciate the effort Tailor Made went to in clarifying the correct information was passed to my buyer. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google😡 : "ABSOLUTE DISASTER! 💔 Took over £500 to start then £90+ monthly to 'manage' my property and their service was NON-EXISTENT. Weeks of no contact, rude staff, and excuses galore. Owner shouted at me, blamed staff shortages and personal issues, and refused to refund or return my key. CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED TO RAIL AGAINST THEM. TRADING STANDARDS ARE AWARE. DONT WALK, RUN!!!
