GoogleTom, Karen and the team were excellent in every respect. Secured us 8 viewings in 7 days with 2 offers, 1 of which we accepted within 10 days of our property going up for sale. They were professional, helpful and patient throughout the process, even helping to push solicitors with the purchase of our new home. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

FacebookCannot recommend Tailor Made highly enough, sold our house through them as we re-located to Cornwall, which could of been very stressful but they were just brilliant. We had to complete by a certain date as others in chain both above & below had holidays booked & Tailor Made were fantastic in communicating with everyone ensuring all parties kept to the exchange date to enable completion a week later. They constantly updated us at every step & chased everyone to ensure everything was completed as it should be. Our completion day was an absolute dream, it all went through before we’d even got to Cornwall. Everything from start to finish was perfect it’s just a shame they haven’t got a branch in Cornwall 😢. Thanks everyone at Tailor Made you were absolute stars 🌟

GoogleI would recommend Tom to anyone! Professional, efficient and convenient. He sold my fiances flat, rented out my flat and also sold my flat too. Both flats were sold within a week of going up for sale. Was always on the phone giving us updates and would help out when possible. All round nice guy with a professional attitude. Top marks from me and Sarah.

Was a very good experience dealing with tailor made.. we had some issues during the process due to which the process took longer than expected but still this agency compromised with us and finally we got the house... I would definitely recommend this agency for selling or letting very co operative....

Amazing communication, anything that needs urgent attention is sorted and communicated with the landlord right away. Agents are working with a third party inventory review company so no area for error- it either is how it is or it isn't so rest assured that your tenancy inventory take is done correctly when you move in and when you move out. Fair and square, lovely team. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Liam and Georgia and both are beautiful human beings.
