GoogleSo grateful to the team at Tailor Made for going above and beyond to help me sell my late Nans house, especially in such a difficult market and during a very emotional time. I also live almost 2 hours away but they supported me with all aspects of the sale meaning I didn’t have to worry. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone locally and can’t thank them enough.

GoogleWe used Tailor Made for purchasing our new property. The service and communication was excellent. The team worked very well with sorting everything out between us and their client. If we ever move again we would use them. . . . . . I would definitely highly recommend them to people looking to sell their homes etc

TrustpilotRight from the first meeting
Right from the first meeting, Tailor Made made the right impression. We felt Tom's valuation was spot on; he clearly knows this area inside out. Additionally, his enthusiasm and can-do attitude was both impressive and infectious. It's has clearly spread to the rest of the team, who looked after us and managed the process with great professionalism, pragmatism and good levels of communication. A job well done as far as we're concerned - many thanks

TrustpilotI chose tailor made to sell and rent my property…
I chose tailor made to sell my property a few years back. They went above and beyond with every part of the sell, I was updated though-out the sale which made the sale stress free. I have now been back to tailor made to rent out a couple of properties and I’m so glad I have as this has made my life so easy, plus making renting stress free and really easy. I would highly recommend tailor made and the team they have .

TrustpilotNot great on the maintenance side
Not great on the maintenance side. Broken fascia board with nesting birds & wasps over the last 2 years. Reported a number of occasions & promises made but no action. Disappointing. Can't quite work out why they say it will be done & then don't bother. If you can't be bothered be honest & say so!

GoogleTailor Made sold my parents home just before Christmas and they were fantastic. They were open, honest and transparent throughout. They were patient, easy to work with and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. The communication was great and the process was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleLike everyone when buying a home you want to feel like you got a good deal, I think Karen and Tom helped us feel like we did get a good price aswell as the selling achieving a figure they felt was good also, Good communications throughout with the aim of completing within 28 days unfortunately went a little longer but still managed to complete very quickly and were very happy with this, Karen managed to answer all the questions we had regarding the property or went and got the answers Off the sellers in a Quick manner, Happy with how we TaylorMade handles the whole process from a buyers point of view and because of this we would be happy to now sell with TaylorMade, Thank you TaylorMade 👍🏻

TrustpilotI have now sold two properties….
I have now sold two properties and also rented one of these properties with Tailor Made over the last few years. Every time I have dealt with them they, unlike many agents, act in your best interests and not their own. They handle the stress and details of the transaction fantastically well. The whole team are a complete pleasure to deal with. I don’t intend to use any other agent in the future.
