Shockingly slow post sales response, which does not do the seller any favours,Will update.
Hi ‘MX’ I am sorry you have needed to go via a review platform to raise your concerns. I would have welcomed a discussion and in turn can investigate what is going on with purchase. We have a close relationship with all of our sellers and have a very good post sales progressor in our team. Please drop me an email on tom@tmonline.co.uk and I will gladly look into the matter further. Many thanks Tom Glancy (company director)
