I had a good experience working with the Estate Sales Agent, she was very nice and helped me negotiate a good price, liase with the sellers lawyers and address any issues. There is a high quality level of service provided by the whole team to both me and the seller. Buying my property wasn't smooth as I did have issues and I did feel under pressure as the mortgage side of things wasn't turning out well, the team were not very supportive and I feel like I could lose the purchase anytime. They just lack empathy but overall the team was professional and helped within their capacity. Once we signed and exchanged contracts and completed the Estate agents were very quick to handover the keys.

Got an excellent deal with Katan Shah mortgage advisor at Coventry branch who was introduced by one of my friends after he had secured his mortgage through Katan and was extremely happy with the whole process. Not only Katan helped me and my wife with finding us the best deal saving us a lot of money on our buy-to-let mortgage, his unbiased knowledge, communication skills and customer satisfaction were second to none. We would not go anywhere else should we need him again for my mortgage requirements.We would highly recommend Katan to anyone looking for a great deal on their mortgage.

I have been using Reeds Rains for some years now as a rental agent and then to sell the property. not sure the managed part of the agency agreement was the best value for money looking at the reports we did recieve, but other than that no complaints and certainly did a great job when it came to selling the house when advising of potential problems with certain buyers that are likely to pull out if the offer was accepted. I am in the process of buying my first house and have been working with Carly Parsons who has proved to be an excellent mortgage advisor. I have now secured my mortgage offer and am very excited to be moving into my new house very soon! Carly has provided me with support every step of the way and made the whole process very clear and was happy to provide advice and guidance wherever needed. Carly did an excellent job of negotiating between the seller and agents and managed to secure me a great deal with the property and within a short period of time. Carly was was also very knowledgeable about the mortgage process and prepared me for the questions and evidence that would be needed by the lender. As I am employed on a contract basis and had a below average credit score, I had previously thought that I would struggle to get a mortgage offer - however Carly managed to get me an excellent deal and I am extremely pleased with the support and advice she provided. Fantastic Experience

Fantastic experience start to finish. ! They say selling your property is stressful time , which indeed it is ,but with the help of Neil and his team I have to say that the whole process went very smoothly, despite a very challenging buyer ! Reeds Rains listed my property within 24 hrs of the first appointment and got me my first viewing on the same day. They accompanied all my viewings and gave me loads of feedback every time we had a viewing. Reeds Rains Coventry is an excellent friendly team and successfully aided me with selling of my property. From the honest valuation carried out by Neil, the director of the company, through to completion I couldn’t have wished for a better process. Although I had a weak link in my chain and the first time my sale fell through, the team at Reeds Rains were absolutely fantastic at giving me confidence that the next time I will be lucky; and I was. With Cheryl and Julie both working to get my viewings and regularly contacting me with new people interested in property and feedback from those who had been to see my property I felt really involved . As I work, like many people, Dave was able to do accompanied viewings in this time which was particularly helpful.
