GoogleNeil and Cheryl dealt with our house sale during the Covid 19 crisis. Both were very pleasant and professional throughout. The sale went ahead and completed December 2020 despite many setbacks. We found that we were kept informed and updated regularly and we would use this company again.

GoogleI couldn’t thank the team enough. I sold 2 properties with reeds rain and the staff were very professional and very helpful too,from start to finish. They were even chasing both solicitors parties to make sure everything was running as it should despite it wasn’t their job. GoogleMet Neil in early January for a valuation. He clearly knew his stuff and the Coventry market. Two weeks later and three viewings all interested they secured two full asking price offers and after best a finals a price £3K over asking price. Neil, Cheryl and Ben were fantastic in keeping me updated during the process, coping with a pedantic and demanding buyer with professionalism and humour securing a satisfactory completion in 8 weeks. Very fair fee for the work they did and certainly would use every time over an online agency. This sale would not have happened without their personal expertise. I would recommend this team to anyone looking to sell their property in the Coventry area.

GoogleFrom the very first phone call, right up to and even beyond our sale, ReedsRains were fantastic. Neil is just so dedicated and knowledgeable, he restores all confidence in estate agency. We sold our property and it was all so smooth and efficient. We had plenty of viewings and an offer very quickly. The My ReedsRains timeline is also great to check in on to see what viewings you have, or how your sale is progressing. Neil and Cheryl made everything so easy and stress free, always at the end of the phone, or email with help or answers, even now after completion, still supporting me! Yes the fee is slightly higher than these hyped online agents, but Neil and his team are so worth every penny, and I believe you get what you pay for. I chose ReedsRains due to the positive high reviews, and have had plenty of experience with other agents in the past, but these guys are second to none! I would not hesitate to return to him in the future. You wouldn’t get support, care or service like this from any other agent, I can guarantee you that. If, like me you look at others opinions and want to sell stress free, choose Neil and his team, and you will not regret it!

GoogleAn exemplary service was provided by Neil and his team, very professional but also personalised to my own needs. They are a very close team and each member knew exactly what was going on with all matters pertaining to my two sales. Constant updates were received and the team were very proactive in finding buyers for me. All of the team are very nice to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Neil and his team went way above my expectations, provided great customer care and I would fully recommend them. Overall, a very stressful time was much relieved by Neil and his team after I suffered a bad experience at the hands of a much larger well known estate agent. I would not hesitate to use Reeds Rains again for any aspect of estate agency business.

GoogleReally happy with the service from Neil and Cheryl. We were selling a shared ownership and short lease property which has some complexity to it. They knew all the questions to ask and were great and communicating throughout. They were proactive and would follow up queries with the buyer without me having to ask them too. They would ring me and detail how far through the process was. It was really refreshing to use them and not have to worry about ringing the solicitor or estate agent to keep everything moving.
