Reed Rains Coventry have been professional throughout my house buying process, having viewed quite a few properties with Reeds Rains, they remained strictly in accordance with all current legislation for the covid-19 procedures. They were also understanding when circumstances changed and I had to pull out of one purchase due to my sale falling through. My purchase was made easy and Cheryl and Neil remained connected and chased updates to keep the process moving along for both seller and buyer. From a buyers perspective this has been a really easy transaction and the team were friendly and helpful throughout. The only area for improvement would be notifying the buyer when they can pick up keys as I was a bit confused on the process but my exchange happened the day before completion so it was very last minute. The team at Reeds Rains are very professional and always responsive. Our property was on the market for nearly a year, sold three times but for one reason or another people dropped out. Good morning Cheryl and team, My daughter Grace is very pleased with her first home. Thanks for your support throughout the purchase. Reece was helpful on first viewing. Very friendly young man. Sam was not so helpful, she didn't make us feel welcome at second viewing. Other potential buyers turned up while we were there...not a comfortable experience. We accepted an offer on our house back in August, however, due to the inefficiency and lack of professionalism of our buyers solicitor at times we felt the sale would fall through. Throughout this time Neil and particularly Cheryl kept us updated throughout and were in touch weekly with the buyer and her solicitor and were instrumental in bringing the sale to a successful conclusion. I do not believe that the sale would have been completed if it were not for them, particularly Cheryl who we cannot thank enough for her persistence. Paying for an estate agent to sell your house is expensive and many sit back and let the sale progress with just the solicitor input which is slow to say the least. Reeds Rains go the extra mile and actually carry out more than is normally required and is a service which should continue. Thank you Reeds Rains and in particular Cheryl. We wish you every success for the future. Highly recommended.

My husband and I initially chose Reeds Rains as we fell in love with a house on their books. From the moment their representative Neil came out to value our house we knew it was the right choice. Neil was honest, professional and friendly. The communication was fantastic with regular emails, phone calls and pdf documents at every stage. We were unlucky enough to be affected by Lockdown and feel that if it wasn't for Neil reassuring our buyer, our sale would have fallen through. It took seven months from being sold to completion because of Lockdown. However Reeds Rains Coventry kept up their first class service even when their own staff were furloughed! This agent is not the cheapest, nor the most expensive but they are worth every penny. They were very good at speak with both my solicitor and sellers solicitor to get extra information when needed. They kept me in the loop of what the seller’s solicitor was up to.
