I recently sold my house using Reeds Reins and can honestly say from day 1, that the whole team were brilliant. The photographs of my house were excellent, very true to life and not 'doctored' at all. The descriptions of the house were also very well written. Prospective buyers were shown around the property and I received feedback straightaway. All offers I received were very professionally communicated and the whole team at Reeds Reins were always on hand and very responsive to any queries I had. If they promised to call you back they always did, no chasing or waiting for calls. They were all excellent from start to finish. Before choosing RR, I had a couple of other local agents round and I felt they were head and shoulders above the competition and I was proven right. Their pricing is competitive and service is excellent. They cared about my property and I felt it was more than just a transaction to them. Not that I intend to move again but if I did, I would not hesitate to use Reeds Reins and would highly recommend their services to anyone. Thank you to everyone in the Coventry office.

Reeds Rains Estate Agents offer a very professional service. Neil knows the market well and doesn’t give over priced valuations in order to get the work and from advertising and dealing with prospective buyers you can be certain you will get viewings and appointments to view are always kept due to their confirmation of appointment system they have in place. Not once did I get any time wasting viewings they were all genuine. I also appreciated feedback being given every time, I never had to go chasing for it. I also particularly valued Neil’s input in supporting the sale of my home by providing documentation for the various parties to sign (it was not your normal run of the mill sale)and his commitment to me as the seller and to the buyer was second to none. I also appreciated the work Mandy did in the office to support the sale and appreciated the fact that when I called the office she was very efficient to pass on messages and knew who I was and the property being sold and what was going on to answer queries. All told an excellent service and I would strongly recommend Reeds Rains.

They said they will not come to my house until February as he didn't want to waste his time.After that commit I will not call them in February as I don't want to waste his time. Reeds Rains helped us to sell our house. They were freindly but professional, and kept us in the loop at all times. They kept us apprised of how many people had viewed our property online, and provided a number of people who were interested in our house, arranging visiting appointments. We eventually sold our house for slightly under the asking price, as we wanted a quick sale so we would not lose the house were were interested in buying. That said, we got a darn sight more for our house than we paid for it in 1981! Thanks to Neil for driving the sale for us. Overall, my wife and I can recommend Reeds Rains to sell your house.
