GoogleReeds Rains Estate Agents were very professional and supportive. Our home had previously been on the market with a different estate agent but it had fallen through. The team at Reeds Rains have a good position in town with footfall. The team chased for updates, gave me good advice and liaised on my behalf. The team aren't the cheapest on the market but are worth it and did a brilliant job.
Thank you very much Evie.

GoogleI used Reeds Rains Coventry to manage the sale of my father's house when he had to move into a care home. The property attracted five viewings within 24 hours of going on to the market and received an asking price offer within 72 hours. The transaction proceeded very smoothly, with excellent communication from Reeds Rains throughout and completed in less than three months. I couldn't have asked for a more effective or professional service.
Thank you Mark for using our firm.

YellGreat service from the whole team at Reeds Rains Coventry
We have just sold our second property with the help of Neil, Mandy and Cheryl, the Reeds Rains Coventry team who made everything so easy. After the initial valuation, which was discussed with Neil, a price was set. Advertising attracted many viewers and very quickly a buyer. When we accepted the buyer's offer Neil advised us that Reeds Rains would stay in the background to monitor and liaise with Solicitors until the final settlement. Everything was completed in a professional manner. We would certainly deal with and highly recommend Reeds Rains Coventry.

GoogleAbsolutely first class! From the start to finish, the staff at Reeds Rains in Coventry have excelled in efficiency, friendliness, professionalism and helpfulness. Photos of the house were taken by lunchtime on the day I signed the contract with Reeds Rains. The house was on the market by the evening of that day. I had 5 viewings two days later and a sale was agreed the next day. I also used the solicitors recommended by Reeds Rains and the sale has gone through in just 8 weeks. I highly recommend using this agent.
