1) Over the past seven years I have had regular dealings with Reeds Rains Coventry, as a landlord and a seller, and the service I have received has always totally professional. Neil Price is vastly experienced in his field and the advice given has always proved invaluable. He always works tirelessly to get the desired result, and the sale of my property which has just gone through was no exception. I would thoroughly recommend the services of Reeds Rains Coventry. 2) I wrote the above review a year ago after selling my bungalow through Reeds Rains Coventry. One year later Neil at Reeds Rains has just sold a flat for me, and what I wrote before hasn't changed. A correct valuation and sound advice resulted in two interested buyers, one of whom has just moved in. Neil Price at Reeds Rains valued the property at half the price of a Rics Valuation Survey (adjusted for time difference) and less than half the price of two other local agents - a difference of £350,000! Rics Valuations are gold standard in the industry and used by banks for mortgage purposes so I have to wonder what the motivation behind his valuation was. Make sure you obtain plenty of other valuations before entrusting what is likely to be your biggest asset to this man or this agency. Response I have shared facts. A Rics survey valued the property at £525,000 5 years ago. Since then house prices have increased by 24% giving a current value of £651,000. 2 other local agents valued the property at £650,000, exactly in line with the Rics Valuation. Reeds Rain valued the property at £300,000, £350,000 less than the other 2 agents. Again, I have to ask, why was Neil Price's valuation so low? For context the property is a 4 bed detached house with a double garage and large front and back gardens in a highly sought after road within walking distance of Coventry mainline Station, the city centre and Coventry Memorial Park. It was badly marketed by Reeds Rain with an inappropriate asking price and poor photographs and is being sold for less than it is worth. Anyone looking to sell should make sure they obtain plenty of valuations from other agents before considering Reeds Rain because to knock £350,000 off a Rics Survey Valuation is extraordinary and highly unprofessional

Trying to sell my parents house in a city I haven’t lived in for 30 years when I now live 100 miles away was not going to be easy, but Neil (along with Cheryl) managed the process brilliantly. I recently sold my house using Reeds Reins and can honestly say from day 1, that the whole team were brilliant. The photographs of my house were excellent, very true to life and not 'doctored' at all. The descriptions of the house were also very well written. Prospective buyers were shown around the property and I received feedback straightaway. All offers I received were very professionally communicated and the whole team at Reeds Reins were always on hand and very responsive to any queries I had. If they promised to call you back they always did, no chasing or waiting for calls. They were all excellent from start to finish. Before choosing RR, I had a couple of other local agents round and I felt they were head and shoulders above the competition and I was proven right. Their pricing is competitive and service is excellent. They cared about my property and I felt it was more than just a transaction to them.
