YellUse Reeds Rains!
I have used Reeds Rains twice this year. Firstly for a purchase then later a sale. Both times I had first class service from them. Neil Price valued my house for sale and he was correct in his valuation as I sold for just over the asking price. I mainly dealt with Cheryl Earp throughout both transactions. You couldn't meet a more helpful cheerful lady. She always kept me informed on the state of play which is more than either of the solicitors I used did. I highly recommend Reeds Rains for buying or selling.

Realistic pictures which our buyers said helped because when they viewed it was exactly as they saw it in the pictures. Would definitely use them again.

GoogleThroughout the whole process of selling our home , reedsrains kept us updated and helped us out when we needed them. Having put our home on the market , the next day we had a canny few viewing but reedsrains had told us and checked out our availability before booking in any viewings. Would highly recommend reedsrains for selling your home , they were quick and polite on answering any queries or questions you had , the estate agent fees were really reasonable , got back to you pretty quickly if you had to leave any messages or emails. GoogleHi, anyone looking for an Estate Agent to arrange the sale of their property, would do well to seek Reeds Rains. During the restrictions of the 2020 Pandemic, I asked them to sell my bungalow. From the start, not only did they comply with the UK restrictions, they gave me some great advice on how to best present my property. It was the toughest time to do so, but they stuck it out and supported me all the way to completion. Very professional and always responsive. I recommend their team highly. GoogleReed Rains Coventry have been professional throughout my house buying process,. My purchase was made easy and Cheryl and Neil remained connected and chased updates to keep the process moving along for both seller and buyer. From a buyers perspective this has been a really easy transaction and the team were friendly and helpful throughout. The only area for improvement would be notifying the buyer when they can pick up keys as I was a bit confused on the process but my exchange happened the day before completion so it was very last minute.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I believe my house sale wouldn't have happened in time for me to secure my new purchase. Neil and Cheryl in particular kept the momentum going with my buyers as they were having blips. Yes, agents charge fees and these were very reasonable as they got my home sold!
