Absolute disgrace of a company I posted a review a while back and the director didn't like it all because he saved a property for me which says to me he would have to do for everyone and he basically said I'll give you your £100 Back if you take the review down, silly enough he didn't realise that when he gave me my money back I took the review down and didn't realise i can put it back up, to him it might be blackmail but u never ever control a customer who's paying your wages to do a job, your should be ashamed of yourselves telling customers to take bad reviews down all cause it damages your reputation, a customer has every right to complain, it's called life u gave bad customer service deal with it.

Mathew James Property Services have managed the letting of my B2L apartment for more than 6 yrs now. I think the 6yrs says it all and only needs small embellishment. They take care of business well, stay focussed on getting the important bits done and have a firm yet workable style with tenants. Cannot fault the service we received whilst selling our property. The photography was superb and was matched by the professionalism of the whole team. Managed the viewings to suit our timetable and achieved an excellent price in next to no time. Answered everyone of our questions and the whole process went through very smoothly. Very Unprofessional , worst experience ever. Matt from this agency probably treats himself as VIP and others smaller than him, so never response to the enquiry and ignored messages on Whatapp after reading them. No replies on emails or messages . Made tens of calls but never replied ( why do you give number if don’t want to attend calls). Replies after days gone and many queries sent to him , i offered sellers asking price and thought I’m going to buy the house but Matt probably had some issues with my name or something else, he only wasted my weeks by dragging time. I don’t know how he got some good feedback ( may be …. Reviews) but I suggest if you looking a property through him then be clear from day one or he will keep dragging time and sell it to someone else. All other agencies replies same day or asap of offer is declined or accepted but Matt will never tell you about status and you have to keep asking him . Not recommended at all..
