GoogleMathew-Came to inspect the property I was renting.I didn’t follow him through all the rooms .The gold bangle which was kept in a bag visible got stolen.I reported to the police they said finger print will be taken but nothing happened.No one else came to my house .We checked the house upside down yet no trace of the bangle .It was worth 700£ ,I need justice I won’t leave this alone .Dont let them come inside your property.I had paid my rent setting up the standing order .Yet I was robbed in my house.I confronted Matt in his office he was trembling he was trying to write in a paper his were shaking .I definitely knew it was him.If anyone come across him selling it or gifting it pls report to the police.Beware not all people are trustworthy.I haven’t changed the story 3 times ,it’s the same I was robbed and it was in the newspapers too .I am giving honest reviews if u look at the companies I have given reviews .You can take legal action and we have proof it was you .
Hello again. This 'issue' you raised with us getting on for two years ago. Your accusations are ridiculous, unsavoury and upsetting. Your story where the alleged bangle was located changed three times when you were telling my colleague so I really don't understand what you are trying to achieve. You seem to thrive looking at your profile in making complaints to all sorts of companies. At the time of your accusation, if you remember it was that long ago, I welcomed the Police to have a chat just to tell them that you were completely wasting their time. I / we are a professional award winning company and this is absolutely ridiculous that I yet again have to spend time responding to your ridiculous words. For your information, as you wilI recall, my trembling voice was anger - nothing else. I was very, very annoyed. I would suggest before I seek legal advice for slander that you remove this review immediately.

GoogleHaving had a thoroughly disappointing experience with another sales agent I was very skeptical when I contacted Matthew James. This was such a different experience. From the start Matthew was positive, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. When I lost the first sale the flat was back on the market and sold again in a few days. Throughout nothing was to much, and as I live some distance from the property I had to rely on their services more than most. I was regularly kept informed and I have not hesitation in recommending Matthew James as pleasant and professional agent.

GoogleThe review by Elrond is completely accurate. If it's any testament to the truthfulness of his comments, just look at the response by Abode below. The respondent from Abode calls out Elrond's review saying it is probably fabricated. Look at all the positive reviews, they are all from 'Google Users.' I'm guessing Abode probably made those up..... Gentleman I spoke to clearly had no interest in being at his job, was not familiar with the property I was speaking about and basically hung up on me. I used to wonder why there seemed to be so many people in England losing their cool all the time. Now I totally understand why. It's because the standard of service of some businesses is unfathomable.

GoogleFrom the initial visit to our property to final completion the whole journey was handled very professionally by Matthew James Property Services. They advised on solicitors and made sure we were informed of all procedures during the sale. Matthew personally provided us with updates including the option for us to call him if we had any problems which was very much appreciated. They have a great team working for them and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleVery fast and efficient service. They made everything very convenient with all paperwork (except final contract signing) completed via email. Jake and Adam are very friendly and were incredibly helpful. Everything was dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend their services.
