Staff is really helpful and customers service is amazing. They have always respond for emails, calls or problems. 100% satisfaction from their services!!!

GoogleWe have been using Matthew James for many years to remotely manage the letting and service our Coventry City Centre apartment. The team at MJ are great to deal with, really efficient and very helpful, providing a friendly first class service. We cannot recommend them too highly, they do a great job at a competitive price and are always willing to assist when we need help! Thanks particularly to Craig, Jake and Steve, well done indeed!

GoogleThey never responded to emails, said someone will call back. Had to keep. Calling and they kept noting down contact details. Finally said property was sstc Not even updated on the website.

GoogleThe house is great but communication is hard.. im sure house owners have great service, but towards tenants, my flatmates and I really can’t say we have a nice experience. Wouldn’t go through them again.
