The auction team at Loveitts Coventry are really helpful, professional and friendly. We have been buying properties from them for a couple of years now and they have always given us a really good service. They keep us informed and updated and work with you to get things sorted. Loveitts have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish in the purchase of my property. Extremely responsive to phone calls,emails and genuinely having an understanding throughout. They supported me and the venders together through the process. I completed on 6.9.22 and the process was smooth. They evan gave me a gift box full of goodies to start living in my new home. A special thanks to Bethany (Beth) who has been wonderful and extremely helpful during a difficult time during the pandemic when lockdown was a lot more strict.

Difficult house to sell

I think selling this house was one of the most difficult houses ever caused by difficult tenants, buyers pulling out and then the buyer from hell. And throughout the process, the Loveitts team kept their cool and got the house sold. They most certainly earnt their fee from my house and then probably more. A huge shout out to the entire team, but particularly Jas, Chelsea, Jamie and Michelle who were fantastic. Thanks Everyone!!!

I was wary of putting my property up for sale by auction; in my mind I thought that it was inferior to the ‘normal’ route of going through an estate agent. However, as the property needed renovation and modernisation, I got in touch with Sally at Loveitts. Sally took time to explain that under the circumstances this was probably the ideal way to proceed. In fact she thought it likely that the property would achieve a better price at auction. Not only was the process much quicker (it might have taken many more months to sell through an agent) but as Sally predicted: the property sold for far more than I expected, thanks to the efforts of the team at Loveitts. I have dealt with many companies over the years and in my experience it is very rare to get such professional, courteous and diligent service as I have had at Loveitts. My thanks to Sally, Sara, Lisa and Harriet for making it such a pleasant experience.

LISTEN!!! Avoid this letting agency called Loveitts at all costs. ❌❌❌ There is no 0 rating or -5 that’s what I should have given. If you cherish your peace of mind or your money, I wouldn’t touch this letting agency with a 1 mile broom. I rented a property from them and I still had about 3 months to the end of my tenancy, however, the landlord wanted to sell the property. They advised that I could leave the property earlier than my tenancy end date and since I paid my rents 6 months in advance, they will transfer the rent to the new property I rent. Fast forward to when I left the property, they refused to give me my outstanding rent claiming that no rent was due to me. Close to £900. Plus my deposit of over £1030 was taken up by the letting agency who wanted to return only £90 to me on the ground of cleaning, redecoration and gardening. Despite the fact I spent over £200 on end of tenancy cleaning, personally mowed the lawn and redecorated the property to an acceptable standard. Go with your money elsewhere. It’s only a candid advice.

Went to view a place, and the estate agent who was there was just arrogant and abit rude, stand off ish. She didn’t want to be there and didn’t have a clue when we asked questions about the property. Waste of time. We were really interested aswel, wow talk about not wanting to do your job!! You’re meant to be selling the property to people so they want to take it.. awful attitude.

DO NOT RENT THROUGH LOVEITTS. They have constantly tried to take money from us for no reason. We always paid rent on time yet multiple times they had lost track and then tried to charge extra for late payments! On top of this, we moved out in April and didn't hear anything about our deposit until mid JULY! They also tried to charge us for removing sofas that were in there when we moved in. There was one redeeming factor and it was a member of the team who tried to fight our corner. She was brilliant, but got overruled by the rest of the greedy team who always wanted to basically scam us. In short, don't rent through Loveitts.
