Claire Smith working from the Coventry Branch is extremely rude. She was 20 mins late to a property viewing and did not apologise. You can tell she is extremely miserable and when asked questions she did not know and/or being very sarcastic/condescending.
We are concerned to read this review but would re-iterate our customer service is always at the forefront of our mind. We have scheduled appointments for set times so I would state that we would not be 20 minutes late but we are happy to discuss your concerns further. Claire Smith has always been a very receptive member of staff who acts with professionalism and is diligent in her work.

From the beginning this has been a very positive experience. Property sold within 2 hours. Due to complications and delays our end the agent has been very patient, particularly Michelle. I have contacted Michelle many times and she has always put me at ease. Michelle is an asset to the company.

GoogleGreat service from Loveitts. Recently rented a house with them , they were extremely helpful and offered lots of advice as this is quite a new experience for me. The staff were all really helpful and kept me updated regularly. Paula & Della earn a specific mention. Fees were reasonable and realistic too, lots pf other agents trying to charge silly money and basing fees on 2 adults when only 1 adult occupying. Refreshing change. Thank you!

Jamie, Chelsey and Michelle were always cheerful, informed, answered questions promptly and felt like they were on our side. Michelle's particular intervention on the day of our move saved us a couple of hours on our moving in time, all crucial to our sense of relaxation! We definitely made the right choice.

We have had a private landlord for over 8 years, Loveitts were instructed to take over the property rental due to a change in circumstances which we did not expect and had a big impact on us as a family.The Loveitts team reached out to us, theyhave been fantastic in handling everything, we ultimately decided to move house and relocate over 100 miles to be with extended family. Over the last 8 months they have been able to support and give us advise, even when we informed them that we wanted to give notice on the property they continued to support and advise us. James came out to the property he has given us a lot of supprt and advise. I went to drop the keys into the Coventry office and the staff were all very welcoming. It has been a pleasure dealing with Loveitts through this whole process. Big thank you from all the family!! Jason

A very friendly and efficient team who work well together to provide a great service. Had my house on the market for a week and had an offer accepted at the full asking price. Despite this fast turn around there were 7 viewings and a further 5 organised for the coming days which were subsequently cancelled.A big thank you to Charis, Chalsey and Amanda for all their hard work and regular updates on progress.

WE RENTED A PROPERTY THROUGH LOVEITTS AND AT FIRST THEY WERE GREAT SUPER FRIENDLY. HOWEVER SLOWLY WE STARTED SEEING ISSUES WITH THE PROPERTY I.E. GAS/HEATING WE REPORTED THIS TO THE MAINTENANCE BUT THEY DIDN'T BOTHER AND TOLD US TO CONTACT BRITISH GAS DIRECTLY. THE MAINTENANCE WERE USELESS WE COMPLAINED ABOUT THE DAMP AND THE EXTRACTOR FAN NOT WORKING SINCE WE MOVED IN THROUGHOUT - YET THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM OUR DEPOSIT FOR DAMP IN THE BATHROOM DESPITE US HAVING THE WINDOW OPEN 24/7. THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT - I WOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

I couldn’t recommend Loveitts, and specifically Emma, more. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We were working to really tight deadlines to get a survey completed on our house, and Emma was very reassuring and professional throughout the whole process. Very friendly service and had zero issues or constructive feedback to give after the process was complete.

We recently went to market to sell our home. We chose the agent selling the house we wanted to buy, which was outlined from the beginning by us, along with budget, expectations, and that we wanted a transparent and trusting relationship from the start. We put in an offer which we were told was liked by the vendor and that we’d have a week whilst they were on holiday to present our property in readiness. We were of the understanding that we were the primary contestant for the property but this was not the case, we were actually insurance in case the purchaser they had already acted on pulled out. We were not told of this purchaser, meaning we never stood a chance of buying this property. We went through allowing viewing of our own property unaware we did not have a chance of the house we were on the market to buy had already sold, and when we were informed, it was on the back of a discussion regarding our own property viewing.We are now of the impression that Loveitts, recently bought by another company, operate for their own purposes. They are opaque. Untrustworthy and we hope we never have to deal with this company again as we know that we could not trust anything they said. They will do anything for their commission, using your hard earned property. You are nothing but their cash vehicle. Disgusting.

Loveitts have been completely unhelpful in resolving repeated parking fines issued against me, even though I hold a valid permit and have adhered to all the rules. Instead of standing up for their tenants, they wash their hands of the matter and leave you to deal with it yourself. It’s disgraceful that tenants are treated this way. Their failure to protect residents from predatory parking practices shows a total lack of accountability or care. I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable or responsible letting agent.

Loveitts negotiated a lease extension on a property we own. Emma Books dealt with everything and was a great help, it was a simple painless process and we were kept informed throughout. I’ve used Loveitts since we bought our first home through them in 1988, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Emma and Loveitts, they are easy to do business with.
