Michelle was an amazing help during the house purchasing process; she is personable and very helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure that you feel listened to and valued in what otherwise can be a very stressful time. Got awesome guidance from Becky when booking a last minute viewing.She's looked after us, as we were travelling from London to Coventry and managed to squeeze us in for an early viewing, although spaces were tight.She's also gone above and beyond in making sure we get to the house safe and sound, and on time. She's given us an idea on how quickly taxis will come, how far is our next viewing, etc.Honestly, couldn't have wished for a better agent to chat to. Much appreciated Becky.Justas

Not professional. As we had a sale agreed, they ask for a lot of documentations which I provided them. But they haven’t told me that it is in chain. When they told me, at that time, He said the vendor is happy to break the chain, then another person enters who was in charge of the case and said she is not going to break the chain. I even have the valuation done. Loss a lot of money and time. They don’t have serious sellers.

So helpful throughout a very stressful process which lasted 7 months! Especially good towards the end when didn’t know what day exchange / completion would take place .Michelle was quicker at communicating than solicitors and kept me up-to date every step of the way! Would definitely use again sold 2 different properties of mine where other agents failed to.

Lack of communication sometimes, slow updating the portal set up so had no idea how things were going, felt i did most of the chasing. Had no Idea when i agreed to sell with loveitts i would have to pay the lease management pack lucky enough i was able to afford the fee. The good bit loveitts managed to complete my sale at the same time as my purchase.

I purchased property through Loveitts Estate Agent. Connor and Jamie sales professional were excellent with their Job when it came to view the property, request for all the documents, I did not even had to go once to the office, everything was done online. Michelle and Chelsey sales processor were very kind and prompt on replies to my emails and on phone through entire process of purchase. Because all of staff of Loveitts very very efficient, it did not take long time to complete the process and I got the house keys and I am very happy.
