well. Loveitts!! from what i have experienced so far, are THE poorest estate agents i have used & i have used alot of them !the owner of the house changed to these, after not being happy with the service of their last managing agent. Im sure they are now regretting their decisionThey arranged an inspection as the new agent. nobody showed. ( this was less than a week later than arranging the appointment with them )They do not reply to emails unless they want something. I asked the same question in 2 emails, to the same person and I got no response.They like to pass the buck to another colleague. " I believe Lauren answered that question" and "i believe Avril answered that" NO..it wasnt answered at all. I was just ignored asking an important question.. Nobody is doing their job correctly !i took a complaint further than the brick wall that seems to be the Nuneaton office and dealt with the manager at Coventry(Paul) regarding being reimbursed for my lost time / wage from work due to waiting in for them to not show, he decided to stop the conversation prior to a conclusion and go on holiday for 2 weeks without informing me through the emails we were sharing, just left me hanging.I give honest reviews & i can at anytime add photos to back up my reviewall in all. Wow. these people get your money ! why?!we have now purchased our own home so thankfully will not need to deal with these agents for much longerIm fully aware as a renter for many many years somebody needing a property, will take that property no matter who its up to let with, we have no choice. But owners of homes, looking for a letting agent, please read and digest the poor attention to detail this company possesses

Our experience of Loveitts while trying to purchase a new build property has to be the worst we have ever had. Despite selling three of the four properties on the same development they still did not know the property was not connected to mains drains and it took them three weeks to find out this information. In addition to this the property was not at it was described breaching numerous planning conditions. Luckily after speaking with Rugby Borough Council Planning Department we decided to withdraw our offer. Within minutes the property was re listed on Rightmove with no alterations to the description. I just hope for the new buyers sake Loveitts have disclosed the issues and they are rectified before they exchange so they are not left with the cost of sorting out the issues themselves.

We are seeking legal advice for the breach of duty from Loveitts. The house was almost set on fire due to an electrical fault with the dishwasher. The fire brigade was called at 1am which resulted in us having to vacate the property until 4am. Unfortunately, my wife was heavily pregnant at the time. The dishwasher issue was bought to the attention of Loveitts in August 2021, we didn't recieve a replacement until mid June 2022. Since we have been at the property (3 years) no one has come to service or check the electrical appliances. We had to come to the office to report the fire as there was no response from anyone at Loveitts. After the fire, not a single person from Loveitts apologised or checked up to see if everything was okay. A house stinking of burnt plastic for days! The fire occurred in March 2022 and we did not recieve a replacement until June 2022, is that acceptable? The fridge had also been leaking and this took the landlord/loveitts 3 months to arrange a replacement. That's not even mentioning the continuous leaks resulting in huge stains on the walls and ceiling, faulty water taps, faulty boiler, no carbon monoxide alarm fitting in, damaged floor boards and just lack of communication and consideration from the whole Loveitts team. After many emails to maintenance, managers and the CEO not a single person replied. Should change their name to hateitts. Rude and unprofessional, strongly advise to stay away from this useless company. Wouldn't advise a stray dog to rent from this agency.

From the initial contact with the company when Chelsea came out and valued out house and went through the marketing process and Jamie who helped with the brochure and the memorandum of sale they were both very helpful and professional. I used Loveitts Auctions coventry to sell a property for us . We needed it sold quickly as we had a project that we needed funds for. I called them on the monday and they were out on the Wednesday to measure up. I gave them a set of keys there and then and left. I gave them my reserve price which they thought was achievable. I left Coventry and headed back home . I was looked after by Sara Herbet who did a great job . I was contacted by the auction team after viewings with notice of offers prior to the sale day i was very tempted to take the offers being presented as they were above my reserve but was advised that due to the amount of interest it would be better to take it to the room . I did think that it was easy for them to say that as they had nothing to lose as opposed to me possibly losing out in the room . In the end i took the advice from Sara and let it go to the room . I didn't attend the auction as it was in the evening and in coventry and i am based in London . I thought i would have to wait till the morning to find out the result but that wasn't the case Sara called me and that my property had sold for more than twice the Guide price ! It was a brilliant result and the advice given was spot on. 28 days later money is in my account no messing around with surveyors etc ! If you need a house sold quick at a good price in Coventry then Sara Herbet and the team at loveitts auctions are the people to use . Cheers Loveitts
