Excellent Service

Loveitts Coventry did some excellent work in seeing my house through to sales and completion in these difficult times for everyone. Eve Pugh especially was instrumental in keeping all parties happy and informed about the transaction. Eve provided daily updates on the status of the transaction and she would follow up on queries in a timely manner. Eve had regular communication with the solicitors for both parties and was happy to follow up on any enquiries that the solicitors raised. Even in these uncertain times, Eve was readily available on the phone and was easy to communicate and is an asset to the company. Overall, I was really pleased with the service provided by Loveitts, especially Eve and I would happily recommend Loveitts to friends and family.

I used Loveitts Auctions coventry to…

I used Loveitts Auctions coventry to sell a property for us . We needed it sold quickly as we had a project that we needed funds for. I called them on the monday and they were out on the Wednesday to measure up. I gave them a set of keys there and then and left. I gave them my reserve price which they thought was achievable. I left Coventry and headed back home . I was looked after by Sara Herbet who did a great job . I was contacted by the auction team after viewings with notice of offers prior to the sale day i was very tempted to take the offers being presented as they were above my reserve but was advised that due to the amount of interest it would be better to take it to the room . I did think that it was easy for them to say that as they had nothing to lose as opposed to me possibly losing out in the room . In the end i took the advice from Sara and let it go to the room . I didn't attend the auction as it was in the evening and in coventry and i am based in London . I thought i would have to wait till the morning to find out the result but that wasn't the case Sara called me and that my property had sold for more than twice the Guide price ! It was a brilliant result and the advice given was spot on. 28 days later money is in my account no messing around with surveyors etc !If you need a house sold quick at a good price in Coventry then Sara Herbet and the team at loveitts auctions are the people to use .Cheers Loveitts

Loveitts Service.....Such a breathe of fresh air ...

Such a breathe of fresh air to receive the service for which you pay for. I was kept updated weekly via phone or the phone app throughout the process of the sale and I felt I had support and guidance from Michelle over the little issues that arose during the sale. Selling and buying is always stressful, but Loveitts alleviated the stress and the sale proceeded to completion smoothly and successfully.

I was actually looking for my new home over an 18 month period where I took a few months break! I hade spoken to Amanda at Loveitts. Previously and when I called back some months later she remembered all my requirements straight away! Amazingly she identified the perfect home very quickly! I can honestly say from the moment the sale was agreed communication was spot on! Any questions I had were dealt with straight away and this was maintained by all staff even when Amanda was away. FUNNY GOT BLOCKED FROM THEIR PAGE AFTER TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THEM. IF ANYONE WANTS EVIDANCE OF MY ACCUSATIONS FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME I HAVE MANY BACK AND FORTH EMAILS AS EVIDANCE I rented a property through loveitts. They were nothing but rude and unprofessional throughout my entire property. Upon moving in I had several issues. I had no running hot water during the night. I also had storage heaters had several issues with them to the point I had no heating. After contacting loveitts me and my partner was left without hot water for several months. I also had a significant amount of rain water coming through my front door that caused several floods at the bottom of my stairs. Loveitts never bothered to act upon any repairs and my property was left in such a state with all the nessassary repairs. When James Cole and Rebekah Gill came out for management visits, they were nothing but rude and came across very aggressive to myself and my partner to the point where my social worker had to step in numerous of times. I was always left felt scared upon management visits. In two different occasions management have given me no warning to turning up to my property and have let themselves in on one occasion without consent. I have many emails back and forth about repairs that needed to take place. Loveitts have no consideration to their tenants and do not have their tenants saftey as first priority. After loveitts failed to carry out any repairs I stopped paying rent and placed all rent into a savings account waiting for them to carry out the repairs. After 2 months and a half months had past with no communication from the landlords in regards to the repair I served loveitts with an immediate notice to quit the property and handed the keys back. During handing the keys back, James Cole came across very judgemental and unprofessional. Therefore I WOULD NOT recommend to anyone and will warn any future people wanting to rent through loveitts to NOT TO DO SO. expecially if you have children. Loveitts are rude and unprofessional and have never had an issue with any housing provider.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

The Coventry Loveittes team were fantastic

The Loveittes team were fantastic, Charis completed the valuation, took the photos and put the listing up online in record time. My house had 10 viewings booked within the first 5 days and was sold after 7 days. The viewings were conducted by Amanda who was friendly and knowledgeable, she then followed everything up until completion.Communication with Loveittes was first class and any questions were answered straight away. Will definitely use them again should we decide to move again.

I currently rent out a property using Loveitts Nuneaton. My first point of contact was with Avril Wilson who offered a very professional yet personal service. As a first time landlord the team at Loveitts answered all my questions and reassured me each stage of the rental. There always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions/enquires that I might have. Excellent Letting Service

We have used the letting services of Loveitts for a number of years. Avril and Lauren are true professionals! They have recently managed a very difficult tenant with exceptional patience and maintained a professional and firm stance at all times, despite the tenant being abusive and displaying ridiculous and uncooperative behaviour.They are expert in their field, their knowledge of the letting business is second to none. I have been with loveitts for about 6 or 7 years now they have helped me out such alot. I was young when I went with them for my first property and I searched for other places under private rent and they just looked at me as if to say I would have loads of party's and destroy the place. but I then went to lovitts and the staff at lovitts didn't look at me like that at all and was very helpful and I am grateful for them. I got a small flat with them and was cheap until then after being with them for about 4 or 5 years I came pregnant with my first child and I needed to upgrade I phoned up and told them and avril and Lauren helped me get a 2 bedroom house and I now have been living in my house for 2 years they have helped me out with other things aswell that is personal but if I struggle avril and Lauren are both understanding and other staff that work there. I would highly recommend them as they are always helpful and will try their best to find a property to suit you and your needs.From pamela

Although I have been associated with Loveitts for a number of years on the Letting side of the business, this is the first time I have used their services to sell a property. A single phone call to enquire resulted in a next-day visit from Mr Paul Barnes who explained very clearly exactly what was required from us, and a likely timescale. He then said that our sale would be handled personally by Michelle Barnett who immediately rang me to introduce herself sounding both knowledgeable and friendly. Our sale completed today with the various hold-ups being sorted out by Michelle dealing personally with the Buyers and keeping things on track. I felt quite happy to depart on a 2 week holiday abroad during the process knowing that all was in good hands. Would I use Loveitts again? Going by this example, most definitely. Many thanks.
