Booked a viewing for a property in…

Booked a viewing for a property in advance and told them to notify me if anyone else shows interest so I don't waste train ticket money to get there. I was told a day before the viewing that it was cancelled with no warning. When I called them and asked them why this has happened the woman on the phone patronized me and read off her script. Incredibly unprofessional, condescending and poor customer service (they couldn't even spell my name right in the emails). I will never use their service again and will not recommend them to anyone. They have no integrity.

Shocking and upsetting behaviour from staff at the Warwick Row office. No only was i spoken too in a patronising and condescending way by numerous people at this office I was also sniggered and laughed at while on a phone call. I contacted the Coventry branch regarding a property for sale. I was informed it was just going back on the market as the buyer was taking too long. I gave all my details and registered my interest. I request a call back as I was interested in the property and was a cash buyer. I then called back asking for an update and deadlines. Again I registered my interest and was told they would get back to me. I phoned again today to find they did a block of viewings and best asking price and Iv missed the dead line. They are not professional. They lack response to buyers. They also use your details to forward you properties even after asking not to receive mail. Myself and our community group will be avoiding this branch not just because of this one purchase but it being third time we have had complaints.NegativeProfessionalism

I honestly would know where to start, been lied to constantly from Kate, Laura and Jennie put an offer in on a house got a call back saying the seller will sell for 5000 more which we agreed to, we was told we would get a call straight back just to confirm everything, this was Thursday. My husband and I have honestly lost count of the numbers of calls, emails and messages we had left, no one ever called us back. I stated we needed an answer asap as the people who were buying our house have understandably become impatient, all weekend we thought well they said they would take 5000 more and that's what we have offered so we started to get our hopes up. Laura phones today and says oh actually they won't another 5000 (10,000) more then are original offer bearing in mind 4 days ago they said they would accept 5000 more. We are absolutely gob smacked at the shocking service, we feel we have messed around our estate agent as well as the people buying our house. Booked a viewing through their online booking system sadly didn't get a confirmation. Few days later received an e-mail: "Furthermore to your enquiry, please find further details attached." They sent me a pdf brochure of the property which I had already seen online, so I rang them to book a viewing instead. The lady said they didn't have the keys yet and would ring me back when they got them. One week later I saw the property is "under offer" so I rang them again and asked if it's still possible to view it, they said it's already taken. Really guys? Poor communication and a blasé attitude. I have just sold a house through Jason at Loveitts in Nuneaton. I have been very happy with the process from start to finish, and have received knowledgeable and excellent customer service throughout. Michelle at the Coventry office, who has been dealing with the sale in the later stages has been extremely helpful and gone out of her way to ensure things have gone smoothly. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate using them again.
