We Just Purchased our First Property in United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in Anvil Gardens Coventry a semi detached New Build Property Through Loveitts and we Love it, Ms Sallyanne Wykes was the Property Manager, and Ms Eve Pugh was the Co-Ordinator They did a wonderful Job chasing all the relevant People, including Buyers Solicitors, in less than 6 weeks from Reservation everything was handled very smoothly and Professionally except for few miscommunication and chaos in the start by the immature newbies in office rest all were sorted very smoothly

A very successful stress free auction sale.

We had to sell a relatives house in Coventry as they were moving to a care home in the south of England. We looked at a number of Coventry estate agents and decided to contact Loveitts given their central location and many years of experience in the area. At the time we favoured an auction sale but really had little idea what it entailed. So we met with Sara at our relatives house and she gave us a very comprehensive explanation of what it would involve. She also looked around the house and gave us a broad valuation of what it might fetch. So we agreed to go ahead for auction route. Sara was always available to discuss any issues that arose, and Chloe and Lisa who looked after the paperwork and liaison with potential, and actual buyers/solicitors etc were excellent. We are pleased to say that right up to auction day things were managed in a calm and timely manner. The house exceeded the guide price which was particularly pleasing. Right through to completion Sara and her colleagues kept things moving along and keeping us informed, whilst liaising with buyers and solicitors. We can’t quite believe how stress free the whole auction sale process was, and are really glad that we decided to use Loveitts.

There is no doubt in our minds that Loveitts is the best estate agent in Coventry. The staff is incredible, very knowledgeable, very experienced and guide you through every step of the way in any property matters. We recently were faced with neighbours demonstrating challenging behaviour on a regular basis, and we turned to Loveitts for advice and support. Geraldine who handled the case was remarkably professional, supportive and attentive. After years of having trouble with renting our property in Coventry we found Loveitts Estate Agents who were recommended by the neighbour of the said property. It has been the best decision we have made. Jade has been absolutely amazing, her professionalism and persistence in finding us good tenants has to be commended. We have had a run of bad luck with this property from tenants to actual agents who have destroyed the property. We are delighted to be able to hand over the property to Jade and have full faith in the entire team at Loveitts for all their efforts and hard work and not giving up, when we wanted too. After 7 years renting a lovely house in Rugby we were looking to rent another one in a more secluded, peaceful area. During the search for our new home we met many agents and have been in contact with many agency. It is safe to say Loveitts was and is far the best of all in our experience. No matter who we have been contact with during the letting process, everyone was kind, professional and went above and beyond to support us. It is so good to feel we are in good hands. There aren’t enough words to describe this team, but I’ll start off with amazing!

I initially made my phone call to Loveitts with a lot of apprehension, I’d never sold a property before never mind selling by auction! I initially spoke to Sally who gave me all of the information I needed over the phone and she could tell I was still really unsure so offered to visit us at our house and discuss it with us in more detail - ensuring she gave a lot of info between selling via the traditional method of selling a house and by auction.We made our decision to go to auction and from there it was smooth sailing really.Dealt with Lisa via email, who ensured all the correct documents were sent to me and replied back to each of my emails either on the same day or the next morning depending on when I sent them… we had Sara who came to the property with her complete honesty and told us where we stood in terms of the auction - she gave us more information about how it worked and what to expect from the moment the house went online and that carried on up to a few days before the auction, really easing our nerves. (Auctioning a house is really nerve racking!!)We dealt with Chloe a lot over the phone who was always on the phone to us to let us know when people were going to the house - even ensuring our instructions were followed as the house was empty, we needed to ensure we knew when people were going in and out of the house and we were kept informed of everything - even when offers were made on the house, we were kept totally informed of everything that was going on! An hour after the auction had finished, I got a congratulatory call from Sara to let me know what would happen next.. The amazing experience even went as far as the moment I handed the keys back, I had a lot of my possessions in the car and feeling reluctant to leave the car on the street while I went inside the office, I called to see if I could use their carpark while I dropped the keys off - to this moment I feel that they knew how tired i was as emptying a house is a lengthy process!! But my request was met with open arms and Chloe even came out to meet me so I didn’t have to leave the car! For me, it’s the small things that matter but not only did the whole team provide on the small things, they dealt with the bigger things too and made the whole experience easy.I came across Loveitts as the house I’ve just sold was initially rented to me through them, before I bought it off the landlord, and because of they’re efficiency when I was renting it felt like a no brainer that when I was selling it that I kept with them… and I’d certainly do it again if I still lived in Coventry.

Stress free Block Management!

From the moment I contacted Loveitts, they have been very responsive and make a concerted effort to answer all of my questions and queries promptly. Living in a block of flats and giving the responsibility to manage the bills, cleaning, maintenance and repairs to a third party can be quite scary; however, Giovani and his team at Loveitts are managing this diligently. Team Loveitts have been excellent from start to finish throughout the process of buying my first house. They kept me informed throughout and worked quickly and efficiently to get to completion. We had direct contact with the landlord, else it would have been chaotic and utterly disappointing to deal with Loveitts. When we first rented the property, an agent said that we could not send the revised inventory list though we moved into the property just a day before and like we were supposed to do it even before we moved into the property - this was later corrected by another agent. When we were vacating the property, one agent was prompt in responding but entirely gave the opposite answers. And the other gentleman (whom I wish could name here) would never listen to what we are saying or even try to understand instead cut us off every single time and did not give a satisfactory or the right response even once. He was condescending and rude to say the least. He just went on with his blabbering with no sense or logic. They took us through the whole exercise of giving (in person) and sending our banking details to them only to have them re-entered in the TDS website. And when we had questions on the TDS process, this person said that it's no longer their responsibility to clarify our doubts which is absolutely wrong and immoral. Definitely not an agency that we would approach for renting or buying a property. Totally incompetent, insensible and insensitive. Please avoid!

Millie - Professional and lovely person !

We found a property to rent on Rightmove and when we went to see the property, Millie Ruck was there and showed us around. She was very cheerful and beautiful which instantly puts you at ease. She exuded confidence in her knowledge and patience with any questions, you can tell she is experienced in her work. She was delightful and helpful and extremely professional and has great etiquette. She responded so quick to all of our emails and let us know the update of the situation within hours. Which for us was so important as we were in need of a property ASAP and we were on edge every day. We have been in a negative situation for the whole of 2022 and she has been the light of this year for us! And not only that but really this is a key turning point in our lives to find a property for our own so she is part of a key point in us having our freedom in 24 years, she made that possible and the experience was nothing but bliss.
