GoogleThere is no negative rating for this very cheap and unprofessional service. Today, I had an appointment at 2 o'clock. I called them beforehand to confirm, and an hour before the appointment, I called again, and they confirmed it. However, exactly at 2 o'clock, they didn't send an email, message, or call. I called them again at 2 o'clock, and they said my meeting was canceled. This is unacceptable, and they didn't inform me in advance. Very bad service. Don't prefer this agency; it is the worst ever. My entire day was wasted because of this agency. I traveled from London to Coventry for a one-hour appointment, and they cheated me.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Everybody I dealt with was very knowledgable, efficient, friendly and responsive. After several failed sales on the open market, they helped me to sell my property at auction and explained the process very clearly to me, ensuring that they took the time to answer all of my numerous questions. They kept me informed throughout the entire process and helped to achieve a good result. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again. Loveitts are a great Estate Agents to work with when buying a property as they are very responsive and ensure that there is great communication at all times.We recently bought a property which was a probate property and which had been empty for some time. Jamie and Chelsey were great at supporting us at the start of the process and with organising viewings and any queries we had. Jamie supported us while we waited to hear if our offer had been accepted and with the negotiations with the seller.The process of buying took longer as it was a Probate property. However, Michelle at Loveitts supported us every step of the way with the process. Enabling, the surveyor and additional trades people to access the property to assess and provide quotes and for us to have additional viewings to check details such as the loft space. Michelle also chased up both sets of solicitors and kept us informed when things seemed to go quiet with the conveyancing process.
Great to hear such a glowing review and thank you for your kind words from a buyers point of view.

Really pleased with the service received from Loveitts on the sale of my late parents property. From the beginning Chelsey and Jamie were fantastic and made me feel confident in the process. They were always at the end of the phone and got back to me quickly. Connor also did a great job of the viewings and Michelle was fantastic at handling the communication between ourselves and the buyers. Would absolutely use Loveitts to sell another property. Great service from start to finish.

We brought our family home through Loveiits, after what had been a very difficult 18 months of issues arising with buyers of our property, loveitts were a breath of fresh air of support. The level of professionalism Michelle, chelsea and Jamie demonstrated was second to none and their communication is consistent, open & honest. Michelle was a fantastic sales progressor and so on the ball and supportive of our situation having a new born baby as well as a toddler, so took alot of the stress away from us. When we come to move in years to come , we will 100% be using loveitts, we cant reccommend them highly enough.

This was my first experience of using an auction house to sell a property and it could not have been better. My initial enquiry was greeted with an honest and balanced review of my needs and advice was given freely without any kind of pressure to sign up. Every question I asked was answered thoroughly and I could see their (Sally and Sara) knowledge of both the local area and the market was considerable. They guided me through the process from start to finish, the end result was better than I could have hoped for and the fees entirely reasonable. They went the extra mile more than once. Having worked in sales and customer service my entire career I can say without hesitation that they get it so right. I shall recommend these guys again and again.

I am so happy I used loveitts. After a bad experience with another estate agents. Steve and Jason put me at ease and made the whole process so much better. They have a lot of knowledge and are professional but friendly and were always easy to get hold of and would give you honest advice when needed. Once sold I then dealt with Michelle and she was just as lovely. Friendly, professional and would always keep me updated on things and would be easy to get hold of. A really good experience :)
Communication is key and we are glad that we have provided a service you are happy with.

We have had a good experience selling my late Mum’s house through Loveitts. We had three agents to value the property and found Paul to be the most considered and professional and he gave us the confidence that his team would be able to achieve a sale at a price acceptable to us. Jamie arranged viewing appointments and always kept us informed and appraised us of feedback from potential buyers. A sale was achieved quite quickly and negotiations handled well. This was a bereavement sale so everyone had to be patient for Probate to be granted but we were never left wondering what was happening. We had been assured that Michelle was a good sales progressor and that was certainly true. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt sure that she would also have been helpful to the buyers as well as us, her client. We are pleased that we chose the company to sell for us and would highly recommend them to others. Thank you for the team effort.

After a poor experience with another estate agent we switched to Loveitts (Nuneaton). What a difference. Jason was prompt in evaluating the property and it was being advertised within 24hrs. Sold within a few weeks and Steve and Michelle have been great in providing guidance, advice and tracking the sale on their dashboard. We couldn't have asked for better. Would highly recommend this company and team.

All went really smoothly. Steve helped in the early days and Michelle kept me updated during the process. Not so great at the end when keys were handed over to someone assumed to be me (luckily someone I knew) - would have expected more of a check especially as I was in the office waiting for the key.

GooglePosting on behalf of a friend. I had a really bad experience with loveitts after getting a new build apartment. The door had no letterbox, wasn’t provided with bins or curtain poles or blinds. The heating broke for 6 weeks and no one came out to fix it even though it was the middle of winter and it was unsuitable for humans to live in. They didn’t seal the shower tray in the apartment above which led to the ceiling in the bathroom falling through and water flooding the apartment and tripping the electrics. There was no sense of urgency throughout my stay. The apartment was really poorly built. Even though the heating didn’t work for 6 weeks, they refused to take money off my rent and blamed the problem on me fiddling with the thermostat even though I wasn’t shown how to use it or any appliances in the apartment. I’m severely disappointed in the way loveitts handled this and would advise renting a property through them.

Loveitts were recommended to me by my parents who recently sold their home. From the first home visit from Jason he made me feel comfortable and educated me about the selling process, allowing me to set a price that worked best for me. Michelle, Jason and Steve were the lovely people who supported me throughout the whole process, liaising with both myself, my buyer and our solicitors. They simplified things for me in a way that I could understand as I had never sold a house before, and would always return my calls/emails in a timely manner. Loveitts is more than a letting agent.They are to me, an essential business partner. I have used them now for a number of years to fully manage my properties. The service is second to none and they understand both the landlord and the tenant's needs very well. For instance, repairs and maintenance are always looked at promptly. Any financial issues are nipped in the bud early. I would never consider moving anywhere else. I have been very pleased with the service I have received from Loveitts during the sale of my late brother’s property. From the initial viewing Steve James and Jason Peters kept me informed and secured a sale in less than two weeks. Michelle Barnett continued to maintain regular contact during the long wait for probate - I have never found it necessary to contact Michelle first to find out how things were progressing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loveitts.
