Connor was most helpful in arranging the initial viewing and then a subsequent viewing once we were in a position to offer. Our offer was dealt with efficiently and accepted right after Christmas. We used Loveitts Leamington Spa Branch to rent out our flat in Warwick. Millie Ruck was in charge of everything and she was absolutely wonderful. She got pictures of the flat taken so quickly and from the day it went online to when we got tenants in the flat was three weeks. She answered all our questions and had the added difficulty that we live in Australia. Would 100% recommend Millie to anyone, she was awesome!

Rebekah Gill helped me with the eviction of a troublesome and unpleasant tenant. Rebekah went above and beyond, phoning me, writing extra emails and letters to the tenant, filling forms so all I had to do was sign, and she was helpful, friendly and supportive throughout. She nearly had me in tears a couple of times; I could not believe how far she put herself out to help me. Eviction was successful and R did far more than she had to. I would recommend Rebekah and Loveitts to anyone going through the grim eviction process! Superb. Thank you.

Loveitts have been fantastic from the word go, from the moment I met Sara at the property to the moment the sale completed! They explained the whole process, entered the property into an auction much sooner than I expected and kept me informed at regular intervals throughout. Sara advised me on the guide /reserve price according to the level of interest generated and she was absolutely spot on with her advice. The property achieved more than we expected and was all completed with the money in the bank in 4 weeks without any problems. What an excellent service! Shame I don’t have more properties to auction!

Never auctioned a property before. I was under the impression my property could go for a lot less than I wanted and it was a gamble. This isn’t true. I had a reserve and got more than reserve. And we started off at a low price too! Gets them interested. The turn around time is 28 days for payment so that’s a positive… or like us we agreed at the beginning with one bidder if they were to win then we would wait a few more weeks. Also, you. CAn decide if the property is empty or not so the buyer takes on that responsibility as long as you put it in the pack. Great team. sara and Chloe were very helpful from start to finish. They even do all the viewings for you which is included in the small fee they charge to list. You only pay another fee if the property sells and it’s very reasonable.

Amazing communication and assistance

Only at the start was there a wobble, originally didn’t pick up that there was a clause on the house that might have disqualified me from buying, but it wasn’t obvious in the house deeds so entirely forgivable. Ever since after that have been great, Michelle was well informed and kept us in the loop with comms, far from an easy move but she was a rock throughout, she went on holiday towards the end (After we were supposed to have completed anyway) and she passed everything on to Jamie who was on top of things as soon as he picked it up. Couldn’t be happier with the service, thanks to everyone

First Class Sales Team & First Class Estate Agents

We chose Loveitts to sell our parents house and have been so glad we did so. We’ve had excellent care and service and advice from their wonderful Sales Team, especially Jason Peters, Steve James and Michelle Barnett. These wonderful people kept us informed at all times about the Marketing, Viewings, Offers, Sales Progression and a whole host of associated issues. Dealing with this Sales Team made what has been a sad process of selling our parents home painless and allowed us to have a deep sense of satisfaction now that the sale has gone through. I'm in the process to moving my family to Coventry, and finding an accommodation was quite frustrating. Many property agents strangely did not respond to my email when I contacted them through link provided in their own adv. Some did not even respond when I contacted them through their own website. Some agents responded, just to say they couldn't help me unless I come in person. When I contacted Loveitts, one of their staff responded to my emails, but then did not respond again for 2 weeks. When I contacted them again, I spoke to Rebekah, and everything went smooth from that point. She was responsive, helpful and professional. The most unprofessional service . Initially when calling to enquire about the property , the agents on the line were very rude and arrogant . Since I needed a letting , I went ahead and booked a viewing - a week in advance . These people call me an hour before the viewing, and tell me they don’t have a key for the property and can’t get into the flat because the refurbishment hasn’t been done. Do you seriously not know refurbishment won’t be finished until an hour before the appointment? I had already taken time from work and drove 2 hours from Sheffield just to view this property. Even when informing me of this , the agent was so rude - she offered me 2 other times late next week , both of which are inconvenient for us, when I told them this , she was just as arrogant and abrupt as ever - telling me “the apparent would just have to be cancelled then”. I have a viewing booked with them next week , not sure what to expect as I have just seen some of the their other google reviews- most of which are just as bad and scathing as mine. I will update my review after the viewing (if the agents can be bothered with keeping to scheduled times )

Not a great experience for myself and my wife I'm afraid . The sales team were ok and pleasant but follow up on offers and eventually soft buyer/s was poor. This led to losing one property and eventually a second one in the later stages, the property hub wasn't worth using and was rarely updated , also after an associate recommendation of Jephson Legal to deal with seeing it through we ended up constantly chasing progress as it was very poor communication. In the end and after a long 12 week period of little work and lack of due diligence in both situations the loss of both our buyers and the property we were purchasing being remarketed owing to the frustration of both vendor and his estate agent . What should have been a simple cash buy for us and a no chain buyer became unfruitfull and a stressful experience for us Therefore that I would not recommended to anyone ......

If I could write a 0 review I would leaving family with young kids in a damp riddled house full of mould pushing the blame on the Tenant knowing the windows need replacing and yet blaming the tenant refusing to do it then saying they should be grateful the rents so low because it's ran by a charity ! Absolutely disgusting !!!! Leaving my family to live in mould ridden house for years refusing to do jobs !! Absolute joke of a company, staff are rude and arrogant acting clever never taking any blame And to your response below it wasn't even me that called so don't know what your on about on that one and the phone call got cut off because all thr windows need replacing because there over 70 years old and your company knows this and the lady told my family member they won't get done and she should be grateful her rents so low and her house is riddled in mould cos your refusing to replace them or do any jobs even environmental health have told use have 28 days to sort this windows and doors are over 70 years old !! Do your jobs
