GoogleRecently rented a two person flat with a friend and we have generally been happy with the service provided by Envisage. Louise Findlay in particular has been amazing throughout the process always replying quickly to emails and has generally been very friendly and helpful.
The only real negative we have encountered was with the handing over of keys as there seemed to be a lack of communication between the landlord and the estate agent over cleaning the apartment. (It was not professionally cleaned as stated in the agreement)

GoogleEnvisage have been helpful from start to finish. I received market appraisals from several Coventry estate agents. Envisage offered me the best rate of all the agents. However this was not the deciding factor in choosing them to sell my house. The reason I choose Envisage was because they were the most prepared for the valuation, the most friendly and offered the best advise. Pete came to value the house and was very helpful and honest. Kabir has dealt with the sale and been brilliant, he kept me informed and helped me to get the best price possible. I accepted an offer just over a week after the property went on the market. Huge thanks to all at Envisage. I highly recommend.

GoogleMy friend and I have secured a great flat with envisage, where we were showed around by a nice/informative agent. We were told all about the property with time to look around, and advice about how to secure the property, it was a fast and efficient process.
£300 (per person) the admin fees are a little steep, but Louise Findlay at the office was lovely and very helpful, and all the paperwork and payments were processed quick and efficiently. We look forward to renting this lovely flat with envisage for the next year, thanks everyone!

GoogleThis is Zhiyi Hong. Google doesn't allow me to reply the agency's reply. I told the staff that I signed the document for my roommate with his permission!!! They didn't believe me. So I called my roommate come immediately. Once my roommate arrived, he explained he gave me the right to sign for him. I have kept the evidence and reserve the right to sue you for defamation. I never admitted that I signed the document without his permission. What I said to your staff was my roommate gave me the right to sign for him!!! Also, why you don't explain about the £10? With a guilty conscience? I think you have lost all sense of shame. I don't want to argue with you here as it is meaningless. Give back my money or I will make a complaint to ASA!! I will never leave my money to you, even 1p!!

STUDENTS: BEWARE! I advice you, do not ignore any of the low-rated reviews written here, Especially if you are looking to rent a house 1st time!
if there was a lower rating than 1 I would definitely choose so! This has been the worst customer service I have experienced during my entire life! Never have I felt more disgusted towards a group of people than I did with this transaction. These people's aim aim is to improve their profits by any means, whether that means to cheat customers, scamming or lying to them! this place should never exist in the UK!
The accountant, Steve Shergill, is a money scammer! tried to take all our admin fees 4X£150, that is £600 people! Made different excuses every time we contacted him! CALLED THE OFFICE 12 TIMES in one week, Steve's colleagues would not allow me to speak to him directly. 1st he tells us (4 students) that he needs our receipts in order to refund our money. Clearly he remembered the transaction which happened a day before. Then once we gave our receipt he accused us of being RUDE to him and for this reason resisted giving a refund of our admin fees initially. NOWHERE ON THE Terms and Conditions does it say a receipt is required for a refund of the admin fees!
Envisage, in particular STEVE SHERGILL and HARB, wasted at the very least 2 WEEKS of 4 students' time during very important UNIVERSITY EXAMINATIONS!
Should have read every single review on the web and should have taking every single one of them seriously into consideration. I urge you people who are looking to do business with Envise to think twice before making a move!
the fact that the admin fees are so high (150 per person) proves that this letting agency tries to rip people off. the £150 charge for few minutes of paperwork already tells you how much these people show care to their customers, ripping them off with unnecessary charges!
these people should be formally investigated! who knows what else they might be up to.

GoogleMe and my friend have used them and they are useless (we are all students). This is the first online review I have ever written but felt I had to share experiences of me and my friends. When moving you into a new house they only spend about 5min with you, when moving you out they spend 30-40min searching the house for reasons to take money off your deposit (camera in hand). Me and my spent an entire day gardening before we left a house making it look better than when we moved in, yet they still wanted to charge us for a gardener. After cleaning the entire house over two days before checking out the estate agent made negative comments about tiny spider webs in the top corners of the rooms as if we had not cleaned properly. When returning whats left of your deposit they also insist on paying you back via cheque, despite the fact they have all your bank details and can instantly transfer you money online. They just enjoy wasting your time it seems. Other friends of mine who have used them have also had similar issues and been charged for trivial issues.
Another issue I had with them, was at first my fault, however their way of dealing with this issue was awful. I forgot to cancel my direct debit to them after leaving a property meaning that after three months from my last quarterly payment money from my account (over £1000) was transferred to them. This was my fault as I forgot to cancel the direct debit. So I called them up simply requesting them to transfer the money back to my account. They told me to email them my bank details and it would be sorted. I waited a day and nothing. Called again, sent another email, waited a day and still nothing. Then it was the the weekend so i couldn't contact them. On my third time calling them I was put in touch with who I assume was the manager, he told me no money had been paid to them, despite the fact I was sat at my computer staring at my bank statement. They told me to get in touch with my bank, I did so and my bank informed me the money had been paid to them. I rang them again, they insisted no money had been paid to them still but said that they would get in touch with their accounts team and call me back. To my surprise the actually called me back, and told me they had been paid the money at the start of the month and asked what address my cheque should be sent to. I told them they won't be sending me a cheque they will transfer my money back to me online now. They finally did so. It took over a week to get my money back after having my time wasted, being lied to and talked in a unprofessional manner. Avoid this company at all cost, especially if you are a student.
If you do end up using them insist to be in touch with your landlord directly, as we had a good experience when dealing directly with the landlord and not involving Envisage Sales and Lettings.

GoogleSo far I have no problems with Envisage. The house we got at Swan Lane has no faults, very neat house and its newly refurbished. The house is very comfortable and feels very homely.
I would like to add that Laura who works at Envisage has been really friendly and helpful in allowing us to move into the new house. So far we are very happy and we have seen no faults.
If we have any enquirers they are always there to help us and the problem is fixed straight away.
I would personally recommend it for students who want newly refurbished apartments.

GoogleEnvisage have been brilliant throughout the whole process of finding a house for our second year at university. Louise Findlay in particular has been especially helpful and made each step of the process really easy. The only thing I feel envisage could improve on is ensuring the people showing clients around the properties know there stuff, because the residents knew a lot more than the estate agent who was showing us around, even simple questions regarding available parking.

We originally booked a 6 bed house, but when 2 people dropped out late in the year the staff at envisage were very understanding. We viewed and booked a new 4 bed house 2 days after informing them of our situation. Overall we've been more than happy with the service we have received.

GoogleCertainly don't get the service you pay for. £150 gets you rude staff, contracts and legal documents with spelling mistakes, not to mention unfair and made up charges at the end of your contract. If you go with them make sure you are on the ball and have everything documented you can because otherwise you'll be losing a lot of money.
Just another company cashing in on student lettings without a care in the world.
