GoogleEnvisage Is The BEST student lettings I have come across since moving to Coventry, the staff are really kind and helpful I haven't got a bad thing to say about them .. they helped me find the current property that I am in and i love it I do not plan on leaving until graduation application process was very swift hassle free with any issues they are always willing to help and matters are resolved effiencently x

GoogleI am currently going through the process of buying a property. So far Envisage have being very supportive, which is reassuring as a first-time buyer. They have kept me up to speed with each new development and advised what next steps to take. They are also very responsive, which helps when you are keen to move the process along, as quickly as possible. So far, I am very happy with the service that they have given.

GoogleI’m currently a student on placemnt and Envisage have been super friendly and helpful throughout the proses of signing up with then ans eventually finding a suitable house, even though I am not in cov. We’ve been dealing with Manpreet, who’s always replies to any questions or needs that we may have had in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely would recommend envisage Lettings to any students looking for a house.

If ever there was a problem I would call Ken who always solved any issues that I had and kept me regularly informed.Rita sold my property and she worked efficiently and professionally throughout the sale. She worked hard at selling my property within a few weeks without any hiccups. Overall I was very happy with my time with Envisage.

GoogleWe haven't lived in the house yet so can't give 5 stars, but so far our experience has been good. We originally booked a 6 bed house, but when 2 people dropped out late in the year the staff at envisage were very understanding. We viewed and booked a new 4 bed house 2 days after informing them of our situation. Overall we've been more than happy with the service we have received.

GoogleCertainly don't get the service you pay for. £150 gets you rude staff, contracts and legal documents with spelling mistakes, not to mention unfair and made up charges at the end of your contract. If you go with them make sure you are on the ball and have everything documented you can because otherwise you'll be losing a lot of money. Just another company cashing in on student lettings without a care in the world.

GoogleThey are very irresponsible. At the time of move in, they took my deposit money but at the time of move out they refuse to take any responsibility regarding deposit issue.

We thank you for your review but unfortunately your comments are false and we did not hold your deposit as it was held by your landlord. We only offered a let only service with our client. I would appreciate the comments be removed to maintain our reputation.

GoogleNever expected such a pathetic service. Very disappointing with the responses. House handed over with pending works and it's been close to 5 months the works are still pending. No proper response to calls or emails. Personally had to visit the office many times, no use. On top of this, they keep sending you emails that your rent is due even after making the payments. Highly disappointed.

GoogleThe service my cousin and I received was remarkable. They were patient, willing to compromise and honest 100 percent. My cousin being an international student and coming to the UK for the first time, was impressed with the effectiveness and speed at which these guys handled the process. The house is clean and exactly what he needs to be comfortable all through his session at uni. Well done guys.

GoogleUnprofessional approach and way of running business. Unprofessional agents. Spent 3 weeks waiting for a viewing after they called me and said that property has been rented, that's a shame. DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!

This agency shouldn't even be considered an option if you are looking to rent a property. GoogleI have had nothing but good experiences with Envisage. They managed to find us a property the same day to stay in, and it was to a good standard. They have all been more than helpful within the office, and have sent someone out straight away if there has been a problem. I would recommend them as an estate agent, and I would probably use them again in the future.
