GoogleSo far the property I had rented has been excellent. Quick signing of all documents and move in was arranged really fast. Agents are responsive to my questions. So far so good.

GoogleWe quickly lost faith in Envisage when the viewings dried up extremely quickly while other houses on our estate were being snapped up as soon as they went on the market. One time a viewing turned up without prior warning. Our house under Envisage went unsold and were a waste of time.

Louise, who has been our main point of contact with the company, has been really friendly and helpful in getting stuff sorted out for us and keeping us up to date with stuff. Overall I would recommend the company to students looking for accommodation in Cov.

GoogleThe application and viewing process for me so far has been very quick and efficient. I like the fact we can send our forms electronically which makes things more convenient. We have been given all the information we need, particularly with Louise who has been very helpful to us during the process and has given us quick responses.

GoogleEnvisage never gave us any issues while we lived there. All issues (plumbing, blocked drain, a rat) were sorted out quickly and efficiently. However, when it came to getting our deposit back, it took a full 30 days and we were charged an exorbitant cleaning fee. Application fees and renewal fees were high as well

My advisor was Pete Huxham - He has kept me up to date regularly, answering any query effectively and solving any issues swiftly! All in all they have great service. 5 stars!!

GoogleVery unpleasant first student housing experience. They're lazy and sort nothing, been waiting 6 weeks to get back door fixed, won't open and is a fire exit. Also lived second mouth of tenancy with no heating in winter, was not reimbursed any money that we paid for this essential even though we didn't have it.

GoogleVery poor service, 2nd year with this company and every issue i had with the house i had to sort it on my own. Never helped when needed and problems of house took over 3 weeks to be sorted IF they did. Staff being rude and unfriendly.

GoogleReally easy process. Had to find new accommodation very quickly due to an extension to my work contract. Within 24 hours I managed to view the property and the following day sign the contract and pick up the keys. Louise in the coventry branch was very polite, friendly and helpful.

GoogleCan honestly say they work with their clients best interest at heart. They take time to make sure the clients are treated with the most care and respect, they also make sure clients receive accommodations best suited to them. Definitely recommend using them, they get the job done.
