GoogleSearching for a property from bairstoweves there is no issues staff are friendly. But when it comes to getting the property they pressure you into using their services for you to garrantee you get the property. Their mortgage service you try to reel you into their life time mortgage service for a fee which they say they will find you the best deal and they only get the deals which you can get yourself with a bit of research. And once the everything is complete they ignore your emails. I would avoid using the services.

GoogleAsked them many times to view a home advertised, got told the richest are first in line and hung up on. I don't know why the landlord decided these were better. The staff are like greedy children who ignore you when they can't get anything. You get zero replies they waste time, lose money for lls and miss on good tenants. What an embarrassing and evil career to spend your one life doing. Don't bother replying with the generic contact details to save face, , you won't reply.

During the process, dear Jordon and dear Fae helped us professionally for the vacation and ending of the tenancy procedures. Thanks all of them. Herein, it would be good to mention about presenting special thanks to dear Sorsha Owen for handling the Deposit. GoogleUpdate: One should not be misled by the response of the business to negative reviews. Contacting the indicated email address by "Lucy" yields no answer. This is nothing but a publicity move. Initial Review: I have a really bad experience with this company. Upon leaving our rental they want to deduce a cleaning charge for "light dust" from our deposit. However, they confirmed that the property has not been cleaned and that new tenants are already occupying the property and therefore it will not be cleaned. Communicating with their team is really complicated and information such as the governing complaints body were deliberately withheld from me for some time.

GoogleWe rent our property through Bairstow Eves and pay for a fully managed service. Our property manager is Eilish Summerton. We recently had some issues with a leak that caused damage to the property below. Eilish dealt with everything and kept me informed at all times. Very happy with the service, it’s exactly what I expected from a fully managed service.
