If I could give Michaela Milton 100 stars I would! She has been absolutely amazing in helping me with mortgage services and bent over backwards to get things done for me, contacting heads of departments at her mortgage company and the conveyancing company for my specific circumstance when it proved that was the only way to get things done! It would not have happened without Michaela!!

The team at Bairstow Eves (both Sales & Lettings) have been awesome! I had previously advertised for sale with another agent and decided to move after having experiencing poor service. From the initial contact (James Whalley) through to the regular contact regarding viewings, feedback and advice on next steps (all of the things that I wasn't getting from the previous agent). I then decided to Let my property and so was passed over to Rebekah who moved super fast to get my place advertised and a tenant found within days. In order to prepare the house I had a number of things to get in place and Fae, Jordan and Joseph all helped this to happen within days. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt guided and supported throughout. Would recommend this team to my nearest and dearest. Thank you!

Bairstow Coventry dealt with my purchase , I was dealing with an estate agent called James. It wasn’t easiest of jobs for him due to circumstances changing half way through the sales procedure. As much as a headache I know this was to James he remanded professional at all times and gave my wife and I the reassurance we needed. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and would continually chase the solicitors taking the stress of us. Nothing was ever to much and we will be forever grateful.
