Zahida helped us enormously throughout our home buying process! We are first buyers and very inexperienced regarding this matter. She always kept us informed and gave her all to make sure we got a bank offer even though I was self-employed. I was recently looking for a house on behalf of a friend of the family, she is pretty much house bound and needs a wheelchair to get around. I went up and down New Union Street (where most of the agents are). My friend only needed to leave her house because her landlord was selling, she has been there for four years and paid her rent on time. I wasn't getting anywhere when I was asking agents for lists or details, I was advised to check Rightmove. The problem is my friend does not have the internet so I wanted to take something away to show her. I nearly gave up until I met a politeful, friendly gentleman called Trevor Gannon who works at Bairstow Eves, Coventry.Trevor went out of his way to talk to me about the requirements and what my friend needed, it had been frustrating walking up and down but he put me at ease. He took my details and kept in touch calling to see if she was still looking. As it happened my friends landlord decided not to sell and my friend is still in her home. If I am ever looking again, I would most certainly get in touch with Bairstow Eves and would recommend anybody else to do so that may be looking to do so.

Bairstow eves has been the best letting angency I have been to. They not only looked in depth at my search criteria but actually felt like they wanted to help me in my situation, whereas any other letting agency's fob me off. This is many thanks to Trevor Gannon, he went above and beyond to help myself, a young soon-to-be mother, find a property as soon as possible and helped me in terms of what I needed to do and made things clear. He also delt with situations himself, by talking to the landlord and other places to further my chances of getting me in the property. He was always available to ask him any questions or if I was unsure about something, there would always be a quick response which helped a lot. Trevor as well as the rest of the team at Bairstow eves Coventry made me feel welcomed as soon as I walked through the door, I would definately recommend to anyone searching for properties! Very helpful, effiecient and do what they are supposed to do, thank you to Bairstow Eves Coventry.

I'm a first time landlord and have been using Bairstoweves managed letting service for the past 2 years now. Although there have been minor issues with the service which I've had to raise with them in the past they have responded accordingly to put my mind at rest. Recently, a fairly major issue occurred and Stacey at their Leamington Spa branch really went above and beyond in responding to the crisis. I rarely leave positive reviews but in this instance it is absolutely justified. I have rarely encountered someone so professional, empathetic and on the ball as Stacey has proven to be this past week. I am in complete admiration as to how she has dealt with a very tricky issue and worked constantly to ensure it gets resolved to the best of her ability. I couldn't ask for a better property manager and sincerely hope she remains the person looking after my property for a long time to come. If her manager is reading this - give her a raise!
