GoogleArranged for them to visit for a valuation with a view to putting the property on the market. Of the 4 agents I arranged to visit that day, they were the only ones not to show up. I phoned them many times, but could only get through to an answerphone. Despite leaving several messages, they didn't call me back. I've not heard anything from them since. The property is now for sale with another agent. If this is how they respond to sellers or buyers, they probably did me a huge favour by demonstrating their customer service so early on.

GoogleCurrently living in a house managed by Bairstow Eve, we have the shower dripping through the kitchen ceiling into a light fitting, currently is it the 3rd day we haven’t had any heating or hot water. They sent someone to quote but we’ve not heard anything back since. One of the bedrooms currently has a wall covered in black mould so we cannot go in the room. All these problems are not being fixed by Bairstow eve. Oh and did I forget to mention we have a 7 month of baby in the house too.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI recently used Bairstoweves to sell my property and was very impressed with the service I received. My house had been on the market with another agent for a few months but they never sold it. I took it off the market with them and instructed Bairstoweves as my new agent. Straight away you could tell the difference, they had loads of viewings in the first week which resulted in me receiving multiple offers! I accepted an offer and things got underway quickly, Ramona in particular was brilliant, her communication was fantastic, she kept me updated throughout the whole process from start to finish. I would highly recommended this estate agent if you are thinking of selling! Thanks guys
