GoogleScammers! At the end of our tenancy, they demanded a huge chunk of our deposit for "cleaning" and a "broken toilet seat," among other things, which were in the exact same condition as when we moved in. We provided all the evidence to the deposit scheme, yet were appalled to find that the agent submitted a fake cleaning receipt. Despite no actual cleaning being done, the deposit scheme ruled in their favor. Absolutely shocking and unbelievable! NOT RECOMMENDED

The full end-to-end service that they can provide under one roof, from purchase, letting, to sale and conveyensing has been a very easy and hassle-free process.
