These guys are a pure waste of time. 1. Complained about door lock. 6 months until my tenancy end they did nothing 2. They have internal complaint website to which none sees what you log. Why they have that website is a mystery 3. Rental renewals they don't even care. They simply terminate even if you wish to continue 4. Rental termination date change counter notice, they don't even care. It's their wish when you need to go out. They don't consider your opinion 5. Dont even expect any assistance for landlord reference to your future home applications. They won't fill on time 1000 internal departments and each guy will simply waste your time. Literally the worst ever agency of my life time.

1 star is is one two many having brought and sold properties commercial and residential for 26 nearly 27 years I have never been required to provide a Tr1 form to provide proof I own the property I am selling, a completion statement yes , a land registry application yes , this interaction was for a sale so can only comment on that , that being said , why would anyone bother to list a property for sale that they don't own, only for that to be picked up by a solicitor that would be a waste of time on there point and a cost to the vendor I have never heard of such in my lifetime, its also not a FSA legal responsibility or requirement for a estate agent to perform a check to state that I own the property I am selling, but never the less a completion statement from a solicitor bench marked from the law firm is more that enough to provide proof that I own the property , So I would avoid this agent like the plague as to me its information that serves no relevance as a TR1 form has not only my details but that of the seller/or buyer in some cases and as I don't have there consent to share such information that could be a GDPR issue for me at a later point , the team member that I was dealing with stated that this was from his management so I cannot blame him personally however you have now lost repeat business with a average of 1 property every 4 months just from myself not to mention that as a family property is our main line of income with all property's owned outright So I personally would avoid Also the property is already listed with another agent for sale
